I strongly recommend this Hotel and restaurant because of their professional management system

Cons:

The staff were extremely unprofessional and seemed dishonest. They tried to exchange USD at 127 BDT when the actual rate is around 123. I arrived at 9 AM, they demanded a half-day charge of 1800+ BDT for just 2.5 hours. This felt like a scam. When I checked the room, it had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which was very unpleasant

The Hotel Quality Not so good
Pros:

When I saw their picture on Booking.com, I expected it to be better, but reality is different.
They say, "Touch of Star Hotel' I don't think they deserve 2-star hotel

Cons:
