La struttura è composta da poche camere e si vede che è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Nella camera era presente una macchina per caffè espresso con cialde e un bollitore. Piccolo balcone arredato con due sedie, tavolo e ombrellone.
La Suite Deluxe con vista mare non corrispondeva né alla definizione di suite (era più piccola della metratura annunciata in prenotazione -21mq- e anche più piccola di camere standard presenti in altre strutture) né alla vista mare che si intravvedeva tra le costruzioni e i cantieri circostanti. Wc e doccia a pochissima distanza dal letto. Odori nauseabondi dagli scarichi. Niente portavaligia, armadio costituito da un palo con alcuni appendini. Nessuna possibilità di disfare i bagagli. Dal balcone vista su edifici e cantieri circostanti. Lettini alla spiaggia con materassini sfondati, in pessime condizioni e attaccati gli uni agli altri; abbiamo deciso di non avvalerci di questo servizio deludente.
Descrizione della struttura non corrispondente (vedi sezione servizi della struttura): la struttura NON è fronte spiaggia ma alla fine di una stradina costellata da cantieri e il mare si intravvede tra un cantiere e l'altro, al posto del bidet era presente un doccino, armadio o guardaroba assente (presente un palo con grucce), la cassaforte è piccolissima e non adatta a contenere un computer portatile, neanche di piccole dimensioni, la caffetteria non è sul posto ma a distanza di 100 metri e non fa parte della struttura.
La colazione viene servita nella caffetteria che non fa parte della struttura ed è à la carte. La scelta dei prodotti è passabile ma l'ambiente, lungo la strada e con il fumo di scarico delle automobili che passano, è poco invogliante ed è sempre stato pieno di mosche durante la nostra permanenza.
NON offre una piscina privata agli ospiti come scritto nella sezione Domande frequenti su Naxian Soul (ci sono solamente piccole piscine private in alcune camere).
La struttura dovrebbe provvedere descrizioni veritiere ed accurate degli ambienti che affitta.
Per quanto mi concerne, considerato l'ambiente ricevuto in affitto, la sua ubicazione e i servizi offerti, il prezzo corrisposto è del tutto spropositato.
The location was amazing, staff were wonderful and accommodating and the rooms were clean and very comfortable! Absolutely loved the breakfast in the morning, and access to the beach chairs on beautiful Agia Anna beach!
We had the most wonderful stay at Naxian Soul and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The complimentary airport transfer was a lovely touch and made our arrival completely stress-free. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the beautiful beach while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
Our room with a private pool was absolutely perfect, especially travelling with our young son. It meant we could enjoy a swim and unwind while he napped, making our stay feel like a true holiday.
What really sets Naxian Soul apart, however, is the incredible staff. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The most memorable example was when we accidentally left our son’s hat behind after checking out. Without us even asking, they arranged to deliver it to our next hotel. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is incredibly rare and meant so much to us.
Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Naxos so memorable. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to see your new 2/3 bedroom suites. Would recommend Naxian Soul to anyone looking for a beautiful boutique stay with outstanding hospitality.
Naxian Soul was an unforgettable stay. The staff were truly incredible — warm, friendly, and welcoming in a way that made us feel like family throughout our visit. Breakfast was excellent, with great menu choices to start each day. The location is amazing — right across from a beautiful sandy beach, with sun loungers at our disposal whenever we wanted. Our room was lovely, complete with a private terrace and pool. Everything about this place radiates genuine Greek hospitality. We can't wait to come back — highly recommended!
The living area was just a tad too small since it had to double as a bedroom for our child.
We’ve stayed here twice now and everything is brilliant. Great rooms and location. Byammo the associated cafe does great breakfast and the beach is very close. The staff are all amazing and welcoming.

acredito que as fotos publicadas não condizem com o local, pois dão a impressão de ser um hotel de frente para a praia, porem não é: tem parceria no cafe da manha e com as cadeiras de sol. Alem disso, reservamos um quarto com vista para o mar e banheira, e isso nao foi disponibilizado. era nossa lua de mel e nos gerou certa frustração
Loved everything about this property. Starting with the welcoming transfer from the airport to the spacious and super clean and comfortable well- designed rooms. Angelos (Angel) was an incredible help to us during our stay. The delicious and generous breakfast by the beach every morning was fabulous. The location was terrific.

Everything about this property was amazing. The room was fantastic with everything you could ask for, Angel and the staff were incredible in every way, having the beach with chairs and umbrellas right there was so convenient. I would definitely recommend Naxian Soul to anyone visiting Naxos

This was an incredible stay! The people who run Naxian Soul are incredible and really care & want to be sure you have the best experience in Naxos! They even sent a private transfer (for free!) to pick us up at the ferry and drop us off at the airport. The breakfast included was incredible, the private beach access with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas were amazing, and we had a surprise Hammam spa in our shower which was so luxurious.

Beautiful room and very helpful front desk staff. The location was convenient to the beach and many restaurants.
The restaurant where breakfast was offered had so many flies while we were eating it wasn’t enjoyable even though the food was good. All of the dining areas are outside but for whatever reason this place had significantly more than anywhere else. We tried to do the room service offered another morning and were told they did not have enough people working. We then tried to walk down and get the breakfast to bring back to the room and were told the included breakfast could not be taken back to the room. This was a little frustrating since we were just trying to figure out an option since room service couldn’t be done.
It was in a quiet area in front of a beautiful beach and walking distance to great restaurants. The team at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating
