The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location is excellent, especially because of its proximity to the ferry to Valletta.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, and the room we received was very different from what was shown in the photos. Instead of a bright and airy room, we were given a room with no real view and a window facing a wall, making it dark even in the middle of the day. As a result, we avoided spending time in the room until the evening.

Another issue was the air conditioning, which was poorly positioned. It was very difficult to cool the room without having cold air blowing directly on us for hours.

We loved everything. It is close to cafes, restaurants, the staff were exceptional; very accommodating and kind. The room was modern and very clean. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The location is very good, you get to the ferry and the promenade very quickly.
The apartment's terrace is totally worth it.
The fact that you can leave your luggage at the reception until departure is a big plus

Cons:

Malta is 'known' for mosquitoes, it would be good to put some mosquito nets on the bathroom window. We only realized when leaving that the room was full of mosquitoes, which also bit us :(
