Comfortable, clean, would recommend
Pros:

Clean. Modern. Easy access from the airport with bus stop right out the front. Also short walk to major train station.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet (20€ pro Person), gute Lage zur Innenstadt, Supermarkt in der Nähe

Cons:

Katastrophales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Und da ist noch kein Frühstück und Parkplatz (21€ pro Tag) dabei. Zimmer sehr eng, ansonsten okay. Keine Rezeption, nur ein KI Chatbot.

Sehr zentrale Lage und nette Zimmer

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, auch nach Kontaktaufnahme. Wir bekamen kurz vor der Anreise ein „Upgrade“ ins Dachgeschoss, was bei den heurigen Temperaturen schwierig war!!!

Ein ideales und empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtekurztrip.
Pros:

Einfacher Check in, ruhig trotz strassenseitiger Fenster, superleise Klimaanlage, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, nur 15 Minuten Fußmarsch bis in die Altstadt, Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe

Cons:

Der strassenseitige Eingangsbereich hätte etwas mehr Sauberkeit vertragen.

Overpriced, understaffed
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the train station and the historic city centre. Our room was clean, and the double bed was comfortable (although the third bed was far less so, being very low and extremely firm). Breakfast initially seemed excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality food. Unfortunately, this was only true on the first morning. On the following days, the buffet was only partially stocked, with several items unavailable, including fruit salad, scrambled eggs, and most of the pastries. It was clear that a single staff member was trying to manage everything, and service suffered as a result. Even the coffee dispenser ran empty, and we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for it to be refilled.

Cons:

The parking advertised on Booking.com is actually more than 300 metres from the hotel, which is inconvenient when arriving by car with luggage. The hotel is also unstaffed during the afternoon and evening. While remote check-in is available, there is no one on site to assist if you have questions or encounter any problems. Our room was much smaller than expected. There was only enough space for a tiny table, already occupied by the tea kettle, and not even a single chair. The balcony measured little more than one square metre, with room for only one chair. Despite being marketed as a "rooftop retreat with city view," the outdoor space was too small to be enjoyable, and the view was far less impressive than the description suggested. Our room was not serviced on the second day, despite the fact that we left the hotel around 11:00 a.m. with the green "Please clean the room" sign displayed on the door.

Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and comfortable double bed were positive aspects, they were outweighed by poor service, misleading expectations, and a lack of attention to detail. Considering the price I paid for a "rooftop retreat with city view," I expected a significantly better experience.

Solides, modernes Hotel für einen Salzburg-Trip
Pros:

Moderne Unterkunft ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum/Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet (Klimaanlage, Safe, Föhn, etc), eine Minibar/Kühlschrank wäre noch wünschenswert.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, insb. die Glastüre zur Dusche.

Schoon netjes goede bedden geen 4 sterren

Cons:

Ik had geboekt voor 2 volw en kind van 12 er was maar 1 bed 2 pers.ze hebben geen 3 pers kamer wel de boeking geaccepteerd. Als bij bookings.com reservering invoer kan ik niet verder als ik kind aanklik enn gee leeftijd invult 3 in een bed dat voor 188 euro
