Pros:

It was very clean the staff was professional and polite

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the room or location was that the room air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted below 68 degrees

Very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It was in a great location. Close to the highway and some very good restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. Happy hour at the bar was ani e gesture. We love your courtyard.

An amazing experience from start to finish truly beyond nice!
Pros:

The location was excellent very convenient and close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast had a nice selection and was a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like my stay exceeded expectations.

Looks good from 360 view, up close it's worse than 2 stars for the price of 4 stars
Pros:

The general ambiance of the hotel is classy, and prestigious. It is designed to bring a modern, fresh, open airy vibe which the structure and finishings deliver.

Cons:

The staff. Rude, unwelcoming, cold, almost to the point of obnoxious. I left because of the numerous people who are supposed to be hospitable were more like nasty rude entitled people.
The room which was supposed to be fresh clean had dog hairs all over the floors, sheets weren't fresh, no soap.

The floors were dirty, there was hair on our beds from past people, and we had people screaming and thudding around half the night by us.
