The property is in a great location and very modern.
The night staff was incredibly rude and clearly not focused on customer service. When we arrived we were greeted in a lackluster manner. Our request (made when booked) to have the sofa bed made up was greeted with great annoyance and attitude and needed multiple requests to get it right, including getting a decent blanket. We also noted that one of the water bottles in the room contained water that smelled like chlorine, which was concerning for one of our boys drinking it. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service at night left much to be desired.
When we left, the morning front desk staff was more than welcoming and kind.
Breakfast was better than your average hotel for sure. Pool was also great 👍 The room was nice overall.
The pull out bed was not comfortable. They should have trundles instead. Those are so much better.
It was very clean the staff was professional and polite
The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the room or location was that the room air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted below 68 degrees

The location was excellent very convenient and close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast had a nice selection and was a great way to start the day.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like my stay exceeded expectations.
The general ambiance of the hotel is classy, and prestigious. It is designed to bring a modern, fresh, open airy vibe which the structure and finishings deliver.
The staff. Rude, unwelcoming, cold, almost to the point of obnoxious. I left because of the numerous people who are supposed to be hospitable were more like nasty rude entitled people.
The room which was supposed to be fresh clean had dog hairs all over the floors, sheets weren't fresh, no soap.
Breakfast was spectacular! Rooms were perfect!
It was in a great location. Close to the highway and some very good restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. Happy hour at the bar was ani e gesture. We love your courtyard.
