The place was not worth the money.
Pros:

The beach was nice.

Cons:

The room was very old, the bathroom shower didnt have a glass door anymore, the water was all over the floor. It all looked like it was built 20 years ago & neber retouched again.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good and offered until 11am which let us sleep. The hotel was very close to the beach (although you have to pay a minimum to use the sunbeds). Lots of dining options nearby too.

Disappointed
Pros:

The pool area was very nice, good size pool and very clean.

Cons:

The rooms were very dated and furnished cheaply, with poor quality furniture. Turning over in bed was noisy as the bed was poor quality, we thought it may break. The overall feel was that this was a 3 star hotel at best, reception seemed quite un organised, breakfast was basic. We will not recommend or return.

Iako smo bili gosti hotela, koji nije jeftin morali smo da imamo minimum konzumaciju od 50 eura na plazi ukoliko smo zeleli da dobijemo lezaljku i suncobran.
Plaza veoma mala, bar na bazenu veoma skup.

Strand und Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Mussten wegen lauter Abluftgeräusche das Zimmer wechseln, bekamen kein gleichwertiges mit Meerblick. Matratze war viel zu klein für das Bett. Bad war sehr klein. Restaurant und Bar waren fast immer leer, wahrscheinlich wegen der Preise.

The pool areas where nice and on to the beach, front desk staff were wonderful

Cons:

The lobby and hotel was…ok. clean but dated. The staff at breakfast seemed bored or uninterested. Breakfast was extensive! The food sits out under lamps for some time so hot food gets dry and hard but there is lots of options. the front staff were great and the housekeeping team. Its was slow and seemed as though the team were very ready to be done for the season. Non of the pools are heated so the suit pools that don’t get much sun are a cold plunge! The other pools were quite cold as well the ocean was warmer. They removed all the beach cushions as it rained and they never went back, many people were sitting on the wood beads instead. The spa is a room that gets used and they call Someone in to use it when needed, not a true spa. the hot-tub and sauna are an extra charge, we didn’t know that and haven’t seen that before …therefor didn’t use them. The feeling overall that we came up with was …weird. In the very peak of summer this may be an awesome option.

This stay was a disappointment. I had hoped that the bad reviews were wrong, but it is the good reviews that are completely wrong. The hotel may be nice on the outside, but the inside is definitely not what it appears in the photos. Or overall. I would recommend that if you are looking for a 4-star luxury stay on Naxos, that you find another hotel.

The breakfast was the same, and very boring, with dry egg dishes as the only healthy thing they offered. I have not eaten either lunch or dinner here. As I found it uninviting and there are MANY good restaurants along the beach, which are within walking distance. Their gym, reminded me of something left over from the 90s, stuffed with old machines and equipment. I would say that this hotel corresponds to a 2-3 star charter hotel. The towels, especially for the pool - were old and relatively small, compared to pool towels.

One positive thing, I can say, however, and that was that the staff both at the reception and the restaurant were super nice and helpful. Very much indeed! They should be praised for that. The service was on point! :-) I was not satisfied with our room upon arrival and asked nicely for another better one, which they immediately offered me free of charge. The staff in the restaurant, were also nice and helpful. I must say.

Regarding the cleaning, the towels were only changed and the sink was just wiped clean. The floor was not cleaned the 4 nights we were here.. nothing more was done, which is to be expected. Glasses were simply washed and put to dry on the sink, i.e. they were not wiped down either, which I also found strange.

I cannot recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a 4-star luxury stay, because this hotel, unfortunately, does not live up to that. But if you are ok with less, it is probably fine enough for some.
