Eine schöne, saubere und moderne Hotelanlage.
Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt viel Auswahl beim Essen (Frühstück), jedoch ist die Qualität noch etwas verbesserungsbedürftig.
Das Meer ist gegenüber vom Hotel, jedoch muss eine Straße überquert werden.

Odalar yeni ve temizdi.Herşey çalışıyordu eski çalışmayan bir şey yoktu.Özellikle çalışanlar çok düzgün,kibar,güler yüzlü idi.Laubali değillerdi.Havuz çok güzeldi ve sahili de güzeldi kendine ait plajı olması önemli bence.Kavaltı da gayet iyiydi.Ayrıca sakin bir ortamdı gürültüden uzaktı.Turgutreise Gümüşlüğe de çok yakındı.Benim için en önemli olan inanılmaz hayvansever olmaları.İki köpeğimizle güzel bir tecrübe yaşadık.

Pros:

Hôtel très beau, buffet correct mais très loin de tout, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et est également très désintéressé donc see compliquer de se faire comprendre.
Pour un 4 étoiles il y’a quand même des choses à revoir.

Otel Odalar Hizmet çok çok iyi. Özellikle oda çok konforlu idi. Restaurant Mutfagı inanılmaz başarılı taze hızlı ve uygun fiyat. Personel hepsi iyi niyetli idi.

Well I feel it this property need lot of staff who speak English no and there is no welcome for guests all they just take there money and that’s it yesterday I order a sandwich on pool and it was 850 when today we checking out he asked me did u use any bar or something I said no and he said ur bill is 950 lira I said him yesterday they give me bill of 850 how 950 he don’t have any answers that’s how they scam clients so I just say y’all be care full

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Man kann nachts wegen dem Lärm nicht schlafen. Auch man am Pool liegt, der unmittelbar neben der Straße gelegen ist und regelmäßig ein LKW vorbeifährt, bekommt man den Staub der Straße ab sowie den Lärm. Die Bauarbeiten neben dem Hotel wurden definitiv nicht eingestellt, man hört hier stets ein sägen und klopfen sowie Schweißen. Zudem stehen hier auch Autos von Personal das hier auf der Baustelle arbeitet.

2. die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist ok, jedoch gibt es keine Decken, außer ein dünnes Laken, was extrem kalt ist und kratzt.

3. der Strand ist extrem dreckig, diesen nutzt auch keiner, da überall Algen sich anhäufen. es gibt kein Personal welches den hier der am Strand arbeitet, um ihn sauber zu halten.

4. das wlan funktioniert kaum und schaltet sich die ganze Zeit von alleine ab, sodass man sich Mund. 10 mal am Tag einloggen muss.

5. jeden Tag gibt es dasselbe Frühstück. Sofern Allergien vorliegen, kann hier nicht reagiert werden.
