Pros:

Es muy central, y ya que la calle es cerrada no hay fransito y es muy tranquila.

Cons:

El personal de la tarde no es tan amable y flexible. Por suerte pudimos al siguiente dia hablar con el personal de la mañana y nos ayudo a nuestro problema.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en el centro de Puno.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y lo céntrico de su ubicación, a unos pasos de la plaza principal y de muchos atractivos turísticos.

El hecho de brindar las bebidas calientes fue un plus que nos ayudó a superar el frío.

Cons:

Nada. Todo fue bien y personal acudió a la habitación cuando lo requerimos.

Pros:

I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel and I enjoyed it. It’s basic, but clean and good. Lovely bed and hot water in the shower! The breakfast is good too. And it’s in the center of Puno but you don’t hear the noise from outside.

Cons:

The rooms are a little noisy though (not so much in some other hotels I stayed in), but that didn’t bother me too much. The strenght of wifi goes up and down, but I understand that that is connected to the weather, which makes sense.

A comfortable, enjoyable stay with friendly staff who were always ready to help
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location in Puno. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a buffet breakfast included in the rate. The hotel could also organize and book tours for us, which was really convenient.

Cons:

The hotel was cold in general. The room had a small heater that helped to warm it up. Had a few issues getting hot water in the shower, but the hotel staff were quick to help and sorted it out as soon as we called.

Nothing, even the name was different from what advertised.

Cons:

The bathroom: shower was leaking everywhere and flooded the bathroom floor. We could not understand where the water was coming.
Had to ask for towels and no heating provided

La comisión por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, que los tours hay que pagar con efectivo, y que el huevo arrebozado se acababa rápido y no lo reponian pronto.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage.
Zum Frühstück gab es viel Obst.

Cons:

Um heiß zu duschen, musste man das Wasser sehr lange laufen lassen. Welche Verschwendung!!
