Paz y tranquilidad cerca de la playa
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, se encuentra en una zona muy cercana a la playa, 3 minutos andando. La vista desde la habitación era hacia la playa por lo que podías ver la puesta de sol. La atención del hotel es muy buena, nos buscaron coche de alquiler cuando lo necesitamos. La zona es genial, las playas son preciosas, con hamacas para alquilar a muy buen precio, y chiringuitos para comer en la misma hamaca si lo deseas. Tiene muchos restaurantes con encanto cerca, y al pueblo se puede ir andando perfectamente. Si buscas tranquilidad, paraíso y paz, este es tu sitio.

Cons:

La calidad de las sábanas es mejorable, estaban algo gastadas y con algún agujero, al igual que las toallas de la playa. El desayuno está bien, pero no es el mejor en el que haya estado.

Pros:

We had a lovely suite at the Cosmos. Room was more than adequate. Clean, 3 balconies, all the amenities needed. One blind was broken so we could never raise it to. See out of that window.
We needed a room for an extra night due to ferries being canceled because of high winds; they were able to accommodate us. Staff was helpful overall.
Dining options nearby are quite close with a market available as well.

Perfect getaway 🌸
Pros:

Fantastic place with beautiful surroundings, great rooms, a good distance to the beach, restaurants and a local shop – and a truly friendly staff who did everything to give us a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, clean and tidy 🌸 The perfect place for a honeymoon, for us!!

Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita. Zona piscina e giardino esterno molto curati. Posizione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Alcuni piccoli appunti:
- Colazione buona ma poco varia
- Bagno della stanza piccolo, scomodo e poco curato nei dettagli (il piano del lavandino scrostato non è accettabile in una struttura del genere!)

Naxos toll aber nächstes Mal eher ein anderes Hotel
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung aber nichts wirklich fantastisch. Alles eher sehr basic.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war minimal, ebenso das Zimmer, nicht einmal (eine) Wasserflaschen waren am Zimmer, overall Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Fantastic Stay - Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Rooms were generous and great for family stays. Breakfast was offered daily at 7:30 and was perfect way to start the day. Maria at the front desk was amazing the whole stay.

Cons:

Minor, but our bed could have been a touch softer.

Perfect location for Plaka Beach. Hotel wasn’t quite what we’d hoped…
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Really close to the beach but a bit set back so it has some privacy. The beach is lovely and there is a shop really close by. The hotel has a bar by the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful. Maria (we think) on reception in the daytime was super helpful and friendly! During the stay we were in two different rooms and one of the rooms had a lovely terrace with beautiful planting. There are a lot of fruit trees and vines which we really liked. The pool is in the centre of the complex with the villas around it. I think this would be a great place for a family stay!

Cons:

We checked in at around 7pm in the evening (due to a late ferry, which is fairly common it seems) and we had let the hotel know that we would be late due to this, but when we arrived there was no one at reception to meet us and it took some time for anyone to arrive. Once someone did arrive we were checked in and shown to our room and given some information about the breakfast and that towels required a deposit but that was about it. Essentially the customer service was a bit more laid back than we’d ideally like. There was a bar but often there was no one there and we weren’t sure who actually worked at the hotel so it was difficult to know who to ask (there were also various people who went behind the bar on occasion who also seemed like they were guests wearing swimsuits/ friends with the actual staff. It was a little confusing!😂). In addition following making our reservation but before we arrived we’d been contacted to inform us that there had been an oversight with the room and would we mind moving rooms mid-stay. The extra room was nicer than what we’d booked, but it was a little disappointing to have to pack up and check-out only to then check back in a little later (the hotel did hold our suitcases during this time) To be clear if we didn’t want to swap rooms the other option offered was to cancel our reservation entirely which we didn’t want to do. They were very nice about it, however in practice it wasn’t ideal.
We’d also add that the breakfast buffet wasn’t great compared to most other places we’ve stayed at this price point - very little hot food, pastries were a bit stale etc

Stay was ok but expected more for that kind of money spent
Pros:

Close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants. Lovely pool too.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average and some guests got freshly squeezed juice & fresh omelet while the others got whatever they had out. It was still ok but very noticeable. Only 2 little bottles of shampoo and body wash. Not enough for the 4 of us. Expected a lot more for the money we payed.
