The location is excellent close to the port and the beach. The hosts Julian and Sophia were incredible and could not do enough for us. The facilities were also fantastic with lots of hot water and a great shower.

I absolutely loved my stay at Galazia Apartments!The apartment was brand new, with a lovely terrace, a super comfy bed, and excellent sound insolation — closing the windows kept out all outside noise. The bathroom was spacious and everything was spotlessly clean.

It was such a pleasure to meet Julian and his family. They’re kind, helpful people who go out of their way for even the smallest request. Julian gave us great tips on where to go and what to see on the island — he genuinely took care of us like family.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was a real pleasure staying here, and I’ll definitely be back.

Julian gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived for our 8-night stay. He was incredibly kind and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants, cafés, beaches, and places to explore, as well as useful tips for getting around the island. As a thoughtful welcome gesture, he and Sofia surprised us with a traditional orange dessert and some delicious homemade banana bread, which was a lovely touch.

The kitchenette in our room was well equipped for two people and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. It featured two stovetops with a cooker hood, a small sink, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. We also had a frying pan, a large pot and a small pot (both with lids), a Turkish coffee pot, a cutting board, a bread knife, a kitchen knife, two bowls, two large plates, three small plates, and a full set of cutlery for two. For drinks, there were water glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups with matching saucers, and espresso cups. A drip coffee machine with a reusable filter (although we preferred using paper filters) and an electric kettle were also provided.

Dish soap, a sponge, and a tea towel were supplied, making cleanup easy. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchenette does not include spices or other cooking staples. However, a small kiosk just a short walk away sells spices and most other everyday essentials, so this was never an issue. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchenette, we were able to prepare our own dinners and enjoy them on the balcony with a glass of local Naxos wine.

Overall, the kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Julian and Sofia were wonderful hosts, very kind, super accommodating and made us feel right at home! Great location, steps from both the beach and the main town of Naxos. They both went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we are part of a larger family and helped with any questions or accommodations we needed regardless of the time of day ! This place is not just an apartment/airbnb it’s a place where you feel like you are part of the local community!

Julian was a fantastic and hospitable host. The property is walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and is essentially brand new. Fantastic all round.

Julian the host was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Not that we needed his help because everything was perfect for our stay. Property has been recently renovated and looked great. 1 minute to St George's Beach and 5-minute walk to the town center with a myriad of restaurants, shops and sites on the water. Very close to the ferries for easy access to other islands. Excellent location, service and cleanliness. Had the pleasure of meeting his father and mother. Genuine business with commitment and loyalty to their customers. I liked also the fact that there were several supermarkets (30 seconds) and restaurants within a very short walking distance to the property. Julian and his family should be commended for their management of the business and customer service commitment.

The property was clean; had everything we needed including air-con. Super well located, short walk to the beach and to the town and port. Rooms were serviced daily which was a nice surprise. The team was extremely helpful and friendly

Julian and his mother Sofia helped us tremendously throughout our entire stay. Huge thanks and ten points to them! The apartment was very clean and fresh, everything worked perfectly, and the location was fantastic with everything close by. We truly felt well taken care of.

Great location. Clean and cozy rooms with great ac and water pressure. 2 blocks from Agios Georgios Beach. Central to all the restaurants and shopping in Naxos Chora. Phenomenal hosts in Julian and his lovely mother, Sofia. Their local knowledge and tips for sites, restaurants and nightlife for the kids was spot on.

An absolutely superb experience, everything was superlative! Our stay far exceeded all expectations. The room was extremely clean and housekeeping was done daily with great attention to detail. The location is excellent, being very close to supermarkets and the beach, but also just a short walk away from the town center and amazing restaurants. Even though it is so close to all the main points of interest, the area itself remains very quiet and extremely safe.
Our host, Julian, is a person of remarkable hospitality and truly warm-hearted. Right upon our arrival, he welcomed us with delicious treats made by his mother, using fresh ingredients from their own garden, which was a wonderful gesture. He took the time to show us the main attractions in town that were not to be missed and recommended fantastic restaurants. They turned out to be exactly as he described: absolutely delicious with some of them serving dishes made from local ingredients. On top of that, he checked in on us every single day to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place with all our heart and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Julian, for everything!
