Schöner Gemeinschaftspool mit tollem Ausblick, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, Shuttle Service per Golfcarts, leckeres Frühstück, eigener Strand (Dusche, Umkleide, Wasser in Kühlboxen vorhanden)
Eigener Strand könnte etwas schöner sein, kein WC am Strand (aber Hotelanlage in 1min erreichbar)

Das Personal war Top. Das Service war sehr gut man musste nicht lange warten und geschmeckt hat es auch. Die freundlichkeit des Personals kam nicht gespielt vor.
Was mich sehr positiv überrascht hat war dass der Pool aus Salzwasser war. Das einzig Negative aus unserem Unterhalt dort war, dass der Pool leider einwenig Schmutzig war.
Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt gut. Das Hotel war sauber und auch unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es war ausreichend Personal vorhanden. Allerdings fehlte es teilweise an Organisation, und beim Service gab es einige Punkte, die uns leider enttäuscht haben.
Lage und Strand
Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem Hügel und der Strand liegt nicht direkt beim Hotel. Es gibt einen Transfer vom Hotel zum Strand, den man nutzen kann. Wenn man zu Fuß zum Strand gehen möchte, muss man zunächst eine stark befahrene Straße überqueren und anschließend über Treppen zum Strand hinuntergehen.
Am Strand selbst gibt es leider keine Bar oder andere Möglichkeit, etwas zu kaufen, zum Beispiel Wasser. Das sollte man bei der Auswahl des Hotels berücksichtigen.
Service und Organisation
Obwohl genügend Personal vorhanden war, war der Service leider nicht immer gut organisiert. Morgens mussten wir teilweise bis zu 30 Minuten auf einen bestellten Kaffee warten. Das Personal an der Bar nahm zwar die Bestellungen entgegen, war aber häufig mit Gesprächen untereinander beschäftigt. Dadurch wurden Bestellungen teilweise vergessen, sodass wir nach längerer Wartezeit erneut bestellen mussten.
Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte außerdem zwei Tage lang die Kaffeemaschine nicht. Besonders enttäuschend war auch, dass kein griechischer Kaffee erhältlich war, obwohl dieser auf der Karte angeboten wurde. Tatsächlich konnte man nur Nescafé bestellen.
Halbpension und Abendessen
Auch beim Abendessen mit Halbpension gab es einige Dinge, die für uns nicht nachvollziehbar waren. Das Abendessen wurde nicht als Buffet angeboten, sondern à la carte. Für Gäste mit Halbpension gab es auf der Speisekarte bestimmte Menüs, die im Rahmen der Halbpension bestellt werden konnten. Gleichzeitig gab es weitere Gerichte, die zusätzlich bezahlt werden mussten.
Besonders unverständlich war für uns die Regelung bei den Salaten.
Struttura assolutamente bellissima! Ha al suo interno qualsiasi cosa possibile ed immaginabile.. sono cordiali e ogni richiesta che viene fatta cercano in ogni modo di esaudirla! Al suo interno c’è pure un ristorante fronte piscina dove poter mangiare e provare piatti di alto livello!
This is probably the most beautiful adults only resort in Greece outside of Mykonos and Santorini. We loved the location, quality of accommodation. Taking a pool villa is a must. We were upgraded to Villa 200 with super large pool which we loved and we did not leave the resort during our 5 stay on Kos
All good. We would only recommend extending bar hours to midnight and setting a sun cover over the main open section of the restaurant. The stony beach would also benefit from upgraded facilities. Otherwise rooms and facilities new and beautiful.

An Unforgettable Stay at KOIA
My girlfriend and I stayed at KOIA from July 31st to August 9th, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first day to the last, the staff constantly surprised us with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail.
A special thank you to Armanda and Alex, who took wonderful care of us during every meal. My girlfriend needs to eat gluten-free, and they were always extremely attentive and helpful, making every meal completely stress-free.
We also want to thank Samas, who accompanied us on the transfer for the sunset trip to Zia — an absolutely beautiful and authentic mountain village, and an experience we highly recommend.
The resort itself is simply stunning, perfectly integrated into the landscape with elegant and beautiful architecture. Our private-pool room was amazing, and we honestly never wanted to leave!
KOIA is a truly special place, made even more unforgettable by its incredible staff. We loved every moment of our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
