Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών από φιλικό προσωπικό όλου του ξενοδοχείου.
Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στο σεφ του εστιατορίου κύριο Σακκαρη Αθ. και στα παιδιά της βάρδιας του Πάσχα όπως π.χ. ο Μάρτιν.
Επίσης μια ιδιαίτερη αναφορά και στο προσωπικό της καθαριότητας για τη χαμογελαστή εξυπηρέτηση ακόμα και τις ημέρες του Πάσχα.

Cons:

Σίγουρα απο ένα τέτοιου επιπέδου ξενοδοχείο με τουρισμό όλο το χρόνο και με υψηλό επίπεδο υπηρεσιών λείπει ένα χωρος γυμναστηρίου και υπηρεσιών μασάζ και σπα!
Η παρατήρηση εχει χαρακτήρα βελτίωσης και όχι παραπονου.

Ήταν όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και πεντακάθαρο και η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Το ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε για το πάρκινγκ.
