Cons:

Luk, jest wyjątkowym hostem pomocny we wszystkim. Lokalizacja cudowna i klimat pobytu w Marina Studios pozwala na pracę i jednocześnie całkowity relaks. Byłam tam drugi raz i na pewno skorzystam przy kolejnym pobycie na Malcie- polecam!!!

Soggiorno piacevole e lontano dalla confusione, in una posizione comoda e ben collegata
Pros:

Appartamento nuovo, ben distribuito, silenzioso e dotato di una cucina con tutto l’essenziale. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Situato in una zona residenziale molto piacevole è ben collegato: fermata bus a due passi (snodo di più linee) e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal ferry per Valletta. Ottima anche la pulizia, sia dell’alloggio che delle aree comuni.

Cons:

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato più che positivo, l’unico aspetto migliorabile è il materasso, su cui si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più

Pros:

Lo staff molto accogliente e professionale. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno. La posizione è comoda ma, in un quartiere un pò periferico

Cons:

Il bagno è molto piccolo e risulta scomodo. L’appartamento non era pulitissimo, diciamo appena sufficiente.

Pros:

・チェックインとチェックアウトの手順がわかり易かった。
・エントランスのエスプレッソマシンで、無料でコーヒーをいただくことができた。
・部屋が広くて清潔だった。
・キッチンは必要な道具が揃っており、電子レンジはグリル機能が付いていたので、ピザやパニーニを温め直すのに良かった。
・近くに美味しいパン屋さんや、野菜や果物も買える食料品店があって良かった。
・フェリー乗り場や、バス停が近かった。

Cons:

・３泊したが、滞在中一度もタオルの交換がないので不衛生で嫌だった、
・シャワーとトイレの仕切りの範囲が狭く、どうしてもトイレの方まで水しぶきが飛んでしまい、トイレ前の床が濡れてしまうのが嫌だった。
・バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く開閉しにくく、終いにはバスルーム入る側のドアノブが取れてバスルームに入れなくなった。
・ドアノブの交換をお願いしたが、新しくドアノブの購入が必要らしくてすぐに直してもらえ無かった。ドアはなんとか無理やり開けることはできたが、また空けられなくなるので閉めることができず不便だった。その分チェックアウトアウト時間を少し遅らせてもらうことができたが、バスルームの扉を閉められないなんてあり得ない。

Reasonable price for a lovely space, transitioning location, uneven amenities
Pros:

This was the second time at this apartment, the first about 2 years ago. My first apartment here was newly designed and fitted. I was able to move back to my original apartment after a few days. The second had a beautiful view, a terrace, and a table where I could do my work. The building is in a transitioning area of Malta, but convenient by bus and ferry to Valletta and beyond. The price was right.

Cons:

In both spaces, the Wifi was erratic, if it worked at all. Several requests to address this were left unanswered, despite my being there for at least a week and needing Wifi to conduct Zoom calls. Additionally, the washing machine in the second apartment was non-functional. I asked the owner if I could use a machine in another apartment or if one of the cleaning persons could do it for me. Three requests were left unanswered.

La posizione, comodissima a tutto, ma in una stradina laterale e silenziosa.
La pompa di calore, qualora serva scaldare velocemente la stanza, al bisogno.
La responsività immediata ed efficace di Luke alle necessità dell'ospite.

Cons:

Aggiungere una stufetta in bagno potrebbe essere comodo per scaldare un attimo la temperatura quando serve...
