コスパは良い
Pros:

・チェックインとチェックアウトの手順がわかり易かった。
・エントランスのエスプレッソマシンで、無料でコーヒーをいただくことができた。
・部屋が広くて清潔だった。
・キッチンは必要な道具が揃っており、電子レンジはグリル機能が付いていたので、ピザやパニーニを温め直すのに良かった。
・近くに美味しいパン屋さんや、野菜や果物も買える食料品店があって良かった。
・フェリー乗り場や、バス停が近かった。

Cons:

・３泊したが、滞在中一度もタオルの交換がないので不衛生で嫌だった、
・シャワーとトイレの仕切りの範囲が狭く、どうしてもトイレの方まで水しぶきが飛んでしまい、トイレ前の床が濡れてしまうのが嫌だった。
・バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く開閉しにくく、終いにはバスルーム入る側のドアノブが取れてバスルームに入れなくなった。
・ドアノブの交換をお願いしたが、新しくドアノブの購入が必要らしくてすぐに直してもらえ無かった。ドアはなんとか無理やり開けることはできたが、また空けられなくなるので閉めることができず不便だった。その分チェックアウトアウト時間を少し遅らせてもらうことができたが、バスルームの扉を閉められないなんてあり得ない。

Reasonable price for a lovely space, transitioning location, uneven amenities
Pros:

This was the second time at this apartment, the first about 2 years ago. My first apartment here was newly designed and fitted. I was able to move back to my original apartment after a few days. The second had a beautiful view, a terrace, and a table where I could do my work. The building is in a transitioning area of Malta, but convenient by bus and ferry to Valletta and beyond. The price was right.

Cons:

In both spaces, the Wifi was erratic, if it worked at all. Several requests to address this were left unanswered, despite my being there for at least a week and needing Wifi to conduct Zoom calls. Additionally, the washing machine in the second apartment was non-functional. I asked the owner if I could use a machine in another apartment or if one of the cleaning persons could do it for me. Three requests were left unanswered.

Výborná lokalita pro objevování Malty, vse blizko, bus i loď, par minut pesky.Ubytování pohodlné, vybavené, nic nechybělo, na hosty se pamatovalo do posledního detailu.

La posizione, comodissima a tutto, ma in una stradina laterale e silenziosa.
La pompa di calore, qualora serva scaldare velocemente la stanza, al bisogno.
La responsività immediata ed efficace di Luke alle necessità dell'ospite.

Cons:

Aggiungere una stufetta in bagno potrebbe essere comodo per scaldare un attimo la temperatura quando serve...

Nice, clean, and simple. The road where it is located is beautiful, and the overall experience was positive.

Cons:

The TV was not working. However, we did not ask for assistance or a solution, so it is possible that this could have been fixed if we had requested help.

Pros:

Ho adorato l'appartamento, ampio, luminoso con una bella cucina spaziosa, sono molto soddifatta.
Si trova un po distante da Valletta (poco) ma questo non lo rende un problema perché ha le fermate vicine.
Stanza molto accogliente e pulita. Nulla da dire.
Il proprietario molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Ci tornerei volentieri

Cons:

L'unica cosa che potrebbe fare comodo è avete dei separee per la luce alle finestre così da non far entrate troppa luce al mattino.
Solo un consiglio.

Luke es muy atento y agradable. Nos confundimos de dirección y nos esperó pacientemente. Dejó varios adaptadores de enchufe. Un gran detalle.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen puerta. Es mejor para que entre la luz pero yo pondría al menos unas cortinas o algo para dar un poco de privacidad en caso de necesitarlo.

Mir hat es gut gefallen, würde ggf. nochmal buchen
Pros:

Für das Frühstück ist man selber verantwortlich, es sind in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment selber war sehr gut und sauber. Busanbindung auch fußläufig erreichbar und auch der Hafen ist nicht weit weg, wo man schön die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

Cons:

Leider waren an 2 Tagen in der Straße Polizeieinsätze, weil sich da in der Nachbarschaft Leute nicht benehmen konnten. Aber dafür kann der Inhaber der Unterkunft ja nichts. In meinem Apartment (mit Lift erreichbar) war eine recht schmale Wendeltreppe, was vorher nicht zu ersehen war.
