I would never return even if offered free
Pros:

Easy walk to the beach (very dirty), supermarkets and restaurants.

Cons:

No light in bathroom (floor had water I slipped a few times) and stairwell (had to use my flashlight on phone, broken toilet (reported to staff who just laughed) charged me extra than Booking.com said but didn’t used the awful small fridge, nor hot water (have no idea what the extra charge was for. The kitchen area made me want to vomit. The bed had minimum sheet, no cover sheet. Awful furniture that needs throwing out. I felt scammed staying there for the cost, left early losing a night’s payment.

Degraded but fair price
Pros:

The location is great and the price is unbeatable.

Cons:

The reception and the staircase look pretty OK but the rooms were probably renovated 30 yrs ago the last time. There was no controller provided for the AC, the controller for the TV was also broken and no toilet paper in the bathroom. It's the kind of place where no amount of cleaning helps the overall look, everything is just falling apart. No-go for a romantic trip. If you just wanna stay somewhere cheap for a night then OK.

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, separate beds (I was with my wife), in the early morning there was extremely bad noise from the building next door, building workers were destroying a wall with a hammer...It was a bad night

Pros:

There was nothing to like. The worst experience you could ever have.

Cons:

There no towels and no toilet paper. The beds are dirty and very uncomfortable. The AC does not work even after checking with the staff.

Pros:

All the basic needs were there, nice that it had an AC. Location is good; around 3 minutes to the beach and 15 to medina, supermarket nearby
