Pros:

The location is excellent just one block from the main plaza yet relatively quiet. Great hot water in the shower. We were very sick with altitude sickness, and the staff took such good care of us with endless thermoses of hot water for infusions, medicine, and conversation. The staff was so kind and caring, above and beyond.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were hard. We prefer a little softer.

Das Zimmer war okay und das Bad sehr groß. Die Lage ist auch gut.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter, die ich während meines Aufenthalts kennengelernt habe, haben leider kein Englisch gesprochen. Ich hatte mir von einem Hotel mit Rezeption erhofft ein paar Tipps für die Gegend etc zu bekommen.
Mich hat es nicht gestört, vllt wäre es aber wichtig zu wissen...ich hatte ein Zimmer mit großem Fenter - deswegen war es schön hell - allerdings gab es keine Rollläden und die Straßenlaterne steht direkt davor.

Friendly and comfy - recommend
Pros:

Staff super friendly, made us a breakfast bag as we had an early bus, very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would deffo recommend for a stay in puno!

Cons:

Only issue was we didn’t have hot water in the shower sadly, though we did try to shower around 10 pm so maybe it’s available earlier in the day

Hotel bien placé.
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables. Bon emplacement car pas très loin du centre et du lac.

Cons:

Le personnel. Une seule dame a été sympathique et souriante avec nous. Le reste du personnel n'est absolument pas agréable. Quand nous sommes arrivés le matin une dame ne nous a même pas dit bonjour. De plus le petit déjeuner est censé être prêt à 6h et bien à 6h20 ce n'était toujours pas le cas et nous avions un bus à prendre. Dommage...car au Perou nous avons toujours eu un très bon accueil.

Alles, hier is niets op aan te merken! Super vriendelijk personeel waar je alles kan aan vragen & telkens met een lach een antwoord krijgt! Ruime kamers met verwarming, genoeg dekens en een goede douche met warm water. Een aanrader voor iedereen die in Puno wil verblijven! Alsook is het nog geen 5 minuutjes wandelen naar het hoofdplein met verschillende eetgelegenheden & winkeltjes.
