Hotel bien ubicado y con un trato excelente
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo. Lo que destacamos por encima de todo era la amabilidad del personal. Súper atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. 10/10

Pros:

La habitación limpia y el servicio muy bueno. La recepcionista un encanto de mujer, muy agradable y atenta con nosotras. El sitio acogedor y muy céntrico.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue lo fría que era la habitación, sin calefacción y finas las mantas. La primera ducha con agua caliente, la segunda tibia tirando a fría.

It was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the shower with hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Staff was very gracious and attentive. Location was convenient and central to activities I chose as well as to restaurants, shops, museum, churches and plazas. I really liked the fact that the hotel stored my luggage while I took an overnight trip to some islands.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the Band playing loud music at 5 am one of the mornings.

Le ragazze della reception accoglienti e disponibili. Colazione a buffet buona. Nella stanza era presente un condizionatore per il caldo che è stato molto utile. Posizione ottima vicina alla piazza principale

Cons:

Le tende non oscuravano completamente e la stanza risultava un Po’ luminosa di notte per i lampioni in strada

Bien en general, lo mejor el personal.
Pros:

El deayuno muy bien

Cons:

El agua caliente falló dos veces a la mañana. Luego lo solucionaron pero si ibas con el tiempo justo pues no es agradable el agua fría en Puno.

Perfectly fine with great staff
Pros:

- the lady who worked on reception when we checked in was lovely. Probably the nicest person we met during our stays in Peru.
- tea available downstairs at all times
- location is good and the receptionist gave us a map for restaurants, markets, supermarkets etc
- good variety for breakfast

Cons:

- breakfast is early, which worked for us so we went down just after breakfast started. However, they started bringing additional foods out such as eggs after we’d finished which was a little frustrating.
- the upper floors are a construction site, presumably to expand the hotel, but was a little noisy at times
- there was a heater in the room but it wouldn’t turn on
