Good value for money
Pros:

I had no issues whatsoever. Very comfortable, close to the main plaza and core of the city, very clean, super friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing really. You cannot expect luxury. Everything was modest, clean and functional.

Pros:

Highly recommended! The hotel offers everything a traveler needs: a quiet, clean, and warm room, a heater, hot water with good water pressure, and the possibility of storing your belongings if you plan to spend the night on the islands. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, offering great tips and assisting with anything they can.

The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the main square and the most popular pedestrian streets, with plenty of restaurants nearby to suit every budget.

Buen servicio
Pros:

It was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the shower with hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Staff was very gracious and attentive. Location was convenient and central to activities I chose as well as to restaurants, shops, museum, churches and plazas. I really liked the fact that the hotel stored my luggage while I took an overnight trip to some islands.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the Band playing loud music at 5 am one of the mornings.
