Good location. not fsr from medina
It is just beside the train station. Around the corner there is café and restaurants. The room was tidy and clean. The location is slightly noisy in the evening but quieten down at night.

Open shower is something I'm not so keen on.
And it's not so easy to find a parking spot in the neighbourhood.
The location was superb, 1-2 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk to Sousse's medina. The room was comfortable and renovated, the radiators were working (it was surprisingly cold and rainy outside). I think you can't ask for more for a 2 star hotel. Someone from the hotel contacted me via Whatsapp asking if everything was fine. I appreciated that they take care of their customers.
There is no elevator.
The bathroom is "Asian style" (shower integrated in the bathroom). Everything in the toilet was fine and the facilites were renovated but I personally don't like this setting.
Very good location, friendly staff
At check-in (around 7 p.m.) I was told that hit water will be available only for one more hour.
There is a window in the bathroom and you can actually see through it the bathroom of the adjacent room (you can see your neighbor showering and the other way round) - depending on the height you see the head or more.
The location is very good and we could easily go everywhere walking. They kept our luggages for the day we went to the desert.
The toilet sit was dirty and when we mentioned it in the reception they told us the shift of the cleaning lady had ended so we had to clean it ourselves. Cleanliness in general terms could be improved. No sound insulation so it is a bit noisy. The heating was not working both times when we arrived and it was fixed later. We had no hot water in the last night - they refund us 50% of our stay to minimize the trouble.

Hotel Monia is a good choice to discover Sousse. Really close to the beach and the medina, it's in the best location. The days we visited the city were really cold and rainy but the room was heated, so it was a pleasure come back to the hotel every night. They were really kind. Hotel is in a peatonal street near coffes where you can have breakfast

Friendly staff, railway station five minutes walk away, restaurants and gricery stores nearby. Hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet street, and a minifridge in the room.
Chambre spacieuse avec petite terrasse privative. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne, et donc calme. Il y a plusieurs restaurtants juste au pied de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une épicerie ouverte jusqu'à minuit, c'est super pratique !
Beautiful place, good location
We stayed in the middle of March, it was quite cold in the apartment, especially to sleep, would need warmer blankets
It was really a great value for money! A simple but clean, spacious and renovated room. All the staff from the receptionist to te cleaning ladies are welcoming and helpfull.

We stayed for 1 week, in a family room and were delighted with our stay.
The hotel was perfectly located, especially for a elderly disabled person.
The staff couldn't have kinder and more accomodating.
