A brilliant spot for a swim at sunrise

A wonderful experience! The hotel is ideally situated, offering both comfort and convenience. The room was very pleasant and clean. L' hotel si presenta molto accogliente in una posizione molto vantaggiosa perché vicino al mare e a molti locali e supermercati.
Voglio dare veramente una valutazione super positiva soprattutto per la gentilezza dello staff e della persona con cui ho parlato tramite messaggi, perché ho avuto purtroppo un grande problema e sono dovuto partire in anticipo, non mi hanno fatto pagare le 2 notti e sono rimasto molto contento nonostante il problema fosse mio.
Spero di tornarci in futuro.

L’accueil la propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse du gérant et de ses employés. Il faut noter que l’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du centre et de toute commodité et de la plage. Je conseille vivement cette établissement

Je recommande à tout ceux qui cherche un lieu authentique, une équipe dévouée, sincère, authentique .
Pros:

Il existe encore des lieux authentiques, apaisants, … des « oasis » en pleine ville :
Nous avons absolument tout apprécié : la chambre, la propreté, l’emplacement, très centré dans un lieu authentique et non « sur-touristisé», le calme, l’attention, la discrétion et l’amabilité. En d’autres termes, tout ce dont nous rêvions sans trop l’espérer !

Cons:

Nous avons tout apprécié, il n’y a pas le moindre doute.

Un endroit proche de la plage et des commerces
Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité des commerces et à 2 pas de la plage. La chambre était spacieuse et disposait d'un balcon. L'accueil est correct.

Жили в номере с балконом неделю. Хорошая гостиница, уютный номер как на фото, дружелюбный персонал. Горячая вода, кондиционер и холодильник есть, интернет тоже хорошо работал. Уборка по просьбе. При заселении в номере была тарелка с фруктами - приятный сюрприз)

Cons:

Даже не знаю, всё было хорошо, мы довольны. Единственное, в ванной комнате душ не отгорожен, но пол быстро сохнет. И лифта нет, но мы жили на втором этаже, т.ч. нормально.

We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in Sousse and would definitely come back without hesitation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Medina, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It's also very convenient if you plan to travel by train, as the railway station is within easy reach.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private terrace and the small table with two chairs inside the room, which made it even more comfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse.
