A bit less than was expected.
Pros:

The gentlemen at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful on both arrival and departure (e.g., finding a spot for some breakfast).
It is very well located.

Cons:

Although the price was clearly attractive, the room was not up to what I expect from a Booking.com rating as high as it was (8.9). It definitely had not been recently renovated.
Having become accustomed to breakfast being included in Tunisia properties, it is a minus to not have it.

駅から近距離のホテル！
Pros:

1) 駅から近距離であること
2) 口コミでヘアドライヤーがないと記載があったが、ダメ元でフロントに訊くと、ヘアドライヤーを提供してもらえたこと
3) 口コミ通りお風呂とトイレの仕切りがないため、シャワーを利用するとトイレやその付近の床濡れるが、お風呂に水を掃くための添字用具があったこと
(時期が故か、床はすぐに乾燥しやすかったため、利用しなかったが)

Cons:

エレベーターはないため、スーツケースを上階へ運ぶのには一苦労

Ottimo. Ci tornerei
Pros:

Hotel realmente ristrutturato e quindi nuovissimo. Ho alloggiato nella camera con balcone ed ho dormito molto bene. Ottima la pulizia, la gentilezza dello staff e la posizione migliore in assoluto. Presenza anche del frigorifero. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Cons:

Le tende delle finestre dovrebbero essere più oscuranti perché lasciano entrare molta luce. Manca l'ascensore, anche se i gradini sono bassi e quindi non sono affatto faticosi. Potrebbero mettere un asciugacapelli in dotazione.

Good choice for Sousse
Pros:

Hôtel Résidence Monia is a good choice for exploring Sousse and its surrounding sites and cities. Close to the beach, close to the Medina, close to many restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable for a few days.

Well overpriced. No breakfast and stale cigarette smoke permeated into my room from nearby rooms
Pros:

The location was fine..changed to double room that I booked after initially given room with 2 beds..clean and safe enough

Cons:

No breakfast. No bottle of water after initial one offered on arrival but did boil some water for me mid afternoon

Habitación muy cómoda, amplia, linda, la verdad 10 puntos. El baño nuevo y muy lindo también. La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Sólo por ser quisquillosa, la ducha tenía mucha presión y, por el ángulo, si abrias la llave completa, mojabas hasta el pasillo.

Pros:

Super emplacement (à peine 5mn à pied du centre historique), dans une ruelle calme. Lit confortable, rapport qualité prix très correct. On a aussi accès à une petite terrasse

Cons:

Pas de cloison de douche ce qui signifie que le sol est trempé après un passage (mais c'est bien montré sur les photos). Il y avait un problème d'eau courante le soir mais c'était propre à la ville, et non à l'hôtel, ce dernier nous a fourni des bouteilles d'eau et nous a prévenu tôt.
