Pros:

위치가 좋아 메디나와 해변을 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다.
시설이 청결하고 좁지않은 방, 그리고 발코니가 있어서 좋았습니다.
카운터의 친절한 인사가 무척 반가웠구요
따뜻한 온수가 빠르고 충분히 공급되어서 샤워하기에 불편함이 없었습니다.

Cons:

아쉬웠던게 기억나지 않는데,
샤워기의 수압이 너무 세서, 옷에 튀기는 정도??

電車を利用するなら最高のロケーション
Pros:

スースの電車駅から徒歩5分以内だと思います。スーツケースだったので駅から近いのは助かりました。メディナやレストランも近かったので場所は本当に最高です。

次の目的地に行く際にスタッフが色々アドバイスしてくれて、そのおかげで早朝にもかかわらずスムーズに移動することができました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

部屋は4階でしたがエレベーターが無く、チェックインの時はお願いしてスタッフの方がスーツケースを運んでくれましたが、チェックアウトの時は自分で運んだので結構大変でした。リクエストできるなら低層を希望した方が良いかもしれません。

ちなみに、チェックインを30分待てば2階の部屋が空くとのことでしたが、私が30分待てなかったので4階になりました。スーツケース運搬が大変になったのは私のせいです。

Sehr saubere und freundliche Unterkunft. Hilfsbereites Personal, sehr praktische Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Nähe zum Meer und zur Medina, alles in Laufdistanz. Frisch renoviertes Badezimmer, mit sehr guter Dusche.

Pros:

The heating and the help with my luggage

Cons:

It is today standard in Tunisia, like elsewhere, that the blanket is enclosed in a cover bedsheet, this was missing here. The lack of elevator, but this is quite normal among centrally located 2 stars structures in Tunisia.

Le personnel bienveillant et disponible. Le chauffage et l'eau bien chaude, surtout à cette période de l'année. Le mini-frigo. L'emplacement proche de tous commerces et services. Le rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Cons:

Les coupures d'eau en fin de journée, bien que ce soit indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel, puisqu'il s'agissait d'une coupure généralisée au quartier de la médina et des alentours.

Excellent stay is a well priced renovated hotel.
Pros:

This hotel has been completely renovated to a western and modern standard in every aspect. We liked it so much that we booked to stay an extra night. Previous bad reviews all correspond to the time before it was renovated. The 2 gentlemen on reception (day and night staff) were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just behind the train station and off the main road to the Corniche. In easy reach of restaurants, the beach, the medina and transport links, such as louage stops to Monastir. The room is well lit, has a balcony and all furnishings are good quality. The shower was excellent with immediate hot water. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it is excellent value for money and the perfect location.
