מלון וצוות מקסימים. נחזור שוב. ממליצה בחום.

מיקום נהדר עם בריכה מצויינת. כשהגענו קיבלנו חדרים ממש קטנים מהמצופה. שוחחנו עם בנות הצוות והן עשו כל מאמץ ובסוף שידרגו לנו את החדרים. נהנינו מאוד במלון הזה. צוות מסביר פנים, גישה מהירה ונוחה לכל מקום, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, בריכה מדהימה. חדרים נקיים. בקיצור כיף גדול. ממליצה בחום.

Розчаровані системою «все включено»,тому що очікування були інші.

Сподобалась доглянута територія біля басейну

При оплаті за помешкання нас хотіли обрахувати,(так як ми розраховувались готівкою),що зіпсувало одразу настрій і враження .В одній із двох кімнат був відсутній пульт від телевізора, а в другій кімнаті відсутній телевізор. Система «все включено» не відповідає типу обслуговування, тому що між сніданком,обідом і вечерею - все платно (кава,чай,коктейлі…)
Харчування одноманітне,вибір дуже малий. Десерт кожного дня один і той самий.
За сім днів проживання,кімната прибиралась лише один раз. За час проживання пропадала електроенергія в цій місцевості.Далеко до пляжу,а на узбіччі дороги багато сміття. Перед готелем знаходиться сміттєві баки, в яких багато сміття - це як погана візитна картка перед вʼїздом до готелю.
Під час прийому їжі ,адміністратор і обслуговуючий персонал прискіпливо спостерігають що,чого, скільки ти кладеш на тарілку - тому дискомфортно себе почуваєш.

When leaving, the owners kindly offered us lift to Shkoder in their private car. And we were offerede free transport to the beach everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, thank you very much!

Family 3 nights getaway
Pros:

The staff was very kind,always helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, and the food was tasty. They offer traditional cuisine with touches of international cuisine, so everyone can pick what they prefer.. They can provide you a pool towel free of charge, no need to bring yours or use a room ones. . As well they are always ready to help with transport to the beach, centre, etc. The staff speaks English very well!

Cons:

Rooms are really small. The neighbourhood of the Hotel is messy, which can make a bad impressions when you arrive at the hotel or you walk around. But the area of the hotel itself,restaurant, pool, parking is very clean and the staff always keeps an eye on it, to ensure that guests feel good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and fully equipped, and the outdoor swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We felt well taken care of by the hotel staff throughout our stay. Було гарно та чисто, смачна їжа, чистий басейн.
Дві молоденькі дівчатка які нас обслуговували на прийомі їжі знайте ви дуже молодці.

Cons:

Щовечора вимикали світло і ніхто не вирішує цю проблему, ми просто сиділи без світла, номери не прибирали кожен день

The hotel is very clean and nice, rooms are not so big, but you have everything that you need. The staff is friendly, there is always someone who speaks english. We enjoyed the pool, which is really big and extremely clean. We will definitely come again.
