Cons:

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e curata, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. Per questo motivo mi dispiace dover esprimere una nota negativa.

Comprendo perfettamente la politica della tariffa non rimborsabile e non metto in discussione le condizioni della prenotazione. Tuttavia, a causa di una gravissima emergenza familiare, sono stata costretta a interrompere il soggiorno dopo una sola notte su otto prenotate.

Non mi aspettavo necessariamente un rimborso completo, ma almeno un piccolo gesto di comprensione, come un voucher, un credito per un futuro soggiorno o qualsiasi altra proposta. Purtroppo non è stata offerta alcuna soluzione, e questo mi ha lasciata profondamente delusa.

La qualità della struttura resta indiscutibile, ma credo che l’attenzione verso il cliente si misuri anche nella gestione di situazioni eccezionali.

Agradable y relajantes estancia

Flott opphold i fredelige omgivelser
Pros:

Hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på dette hotellet. Personalet var alltid vennlige, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Rommet var rent, komfortabelt og godt vedlikeholdt under hele oppholdet.

Et av høydepunktene var bassenget på takterrassen, som var et perfekt sted å slappe av etter en dag med å utforske Naxos. Hotellet har en rolig og behagelig atmosfære, og alt var rent og velstelt.

Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake og kan varmt anbefale hotellet til alle som besøker Naxos.

Cons:

Et lite forbedringspunkt er bassengområdet på takterrassen. Dette er en av hotellets store styrker og et område med stort potensial. Med litt bedre vedlikehold, hyppigere rengjøring og parasoller ville opplevelsen blitt enda bedre. Det er et flott sted å slappe av, og med noen små forbedringer kan det bli et enda sterkere salgsargument for hotellet.

Beautiful island, beautiful people, beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Truly a wonderful stay! It is such good value for money, with breakfast brought to your door every morning (around 8:30am), a beautiful rooftop pool and walking distance to everything you could possibly need. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Temple of Apollo, which was totally doable and enjoyable. Otherwise, it’s about 10 minutes into the main shopping strip & about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach down beautiful Greek streets. These are not difficult walks at all and are actually quite nice to explore the streets and of course, meet some (largely friendly) cats. The receptionist Elife was so welcoming and lovely, provided recommendations and was always up for a chat which was hugely appreciated as a solo traveller. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Cons:

Everything was absolutely exceptional so I wouldn’t say these are ‘dislikes’ but things to consider - I believe most rooms have a bathroom that has fully glass walls (as I was staying alone, this was no issue to me) and the room didn’t have a DND sign for the door or a latch; no issue except for the first day, when breakfast was brought into my room while I was in the shower and I got a bit of a fright. Once I had figured out what time breakfast would be served, I avoided using the bathroom/getting dressed around this time so I could answer the door.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais pas le meilleur de notre voyage dans les Cyclades.

Nous avons apprécié le design de la chambre.
La réceptionniste était sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Les matelas n’étaient pas très confortables.
La terrasse n’était aménagée que pour 2 personnes (une petite table et deux chaises) alors que la chambre est pour 4.
Les capsules de café n’étaient fournies que pour 2. Nous avons dû en réclamer pour 4, ce qui dérangeait visiblement la dame qui faisait le ménage.
Il n’y a pas de parasol au bord de la piscine sur le toit. Ce serait un plus, assurément.
