L’appartement était très beau, avec un style très charmant, et tout était très propre. Le personnel laisse des petites attentions comme des biscuits, ou des petits déjeuners. La situation géographique est pratique car à 5 minutes du centre ville.

Superb in all respects.
Pros:

The location is convenient for the beach and supermarket and is quiet at night. Set within a small vineyard and farm it has rustic charm and is extremely well kept by Maria and her family.

Cons:

Only miniscule flaw was the toaster didn't work, but really was not an issue at all as our kitchen had everything one could need for a short or longer stay.

We loved our short stay and would recommend Arhontiko to anyone.
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious, every utensil and amenity was provided, the place was very well thought out with lots of nice touches like extra lighting and sockets, lovely basket of local treats to welcome us was a nice touch. The lady who greeted us after we’d settled and then every day with “Kalimera” was lovely.

Cons:

The only slight downside was the location which was a bit further from the town but that was more than made up for by the amount of space and there was a supermarket and a bakery very close anyway.

Fabulous stay. Maria is a gem and truly made our experience one of a kind. Clean room, well stocked and a lovely little patio to watch the sunrise over breakfast. 10/10 highly recommend

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet but accessible location
Pros:

Quiet location with a lovely boardwalk along the beach into Naxos town (20mins). Exceptionally clean appartment which was serviced daily. We were very well lookedcafter by the cheerful housekeeper. 5 mins walk to good supermarket. Free transfer from port was very welcome at 6:30 am!

Pros:

Ich bin bereits das 3. Mal hier gewesen. Maria ist sehr zuvorkommend und alles ist top sauber. Handtücher werden täglich und die Bettwäsche alle 3 Tage gewechselt.
In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Meer bzw. auch in einem Supermarkt.
Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten, entweder am Strand entlang oder alternativ an der Straße.

Cons:

Manche Zimmer gehen zur stark befahrenen Straße. Aber nachts ist kaum Verkehr. Vorteil dieser Zimmer ist, dass man Sonnenschein zum Frühstück hat. Ein Sonnenschirm bietet Schatten.

Excellent stay close to the Bus Stop, Supermarket and Beach
Pros:

Maria was an exceptional host. She does'nt understand English but still goes out of her way to communicate with you and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Loved the little seating area outside and used it frequently to enjoy our coffees. The Agios Gerogios beach is literally a 3 min walk - so convenient! Kudos to their admin team who handles all the communication and recommendations - they were very thorough!

Pros:

The location was fantastic – very central and close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Just a 7-minute walk takes you to the Rendez-Vous bakery, where you can also buy bus tickets, and the bus stop is right across the street.
Mrs. Maria is simply one of the kindest and most wonderful people you could ever meet!
