De omgeving. En dat het ontbijt tot 11 uur open zou moeten zijn maar word steeds on 10:30 al volledig opgeruimd.

Ich werde hier nie wieder Buchen und nicht weiter empfehlen.
Cons:

In unsere Zimmer der Badezimmer sehr veraltet. Das essen war nicht gut. Die Suppen war warm, aber die Hauptspeise war immer kalt. Die Fleisch war bei jeder Speisen hart , kalt, und trocken. Nach eine schwierige Situation war die Hotel Besitzer herzlos und nicht kompatibel. Diese Hotel entspricht keine 5 Sterne, Maximum 3Sterne verdient. Das Personal war nicht besonders Kontaktfreudig.

Very dirty hotel! The only place was clean is the room! At the dining area my shoes was sticking to the floor, around the pool dirty, food not to many options and you could feel was not fresh! Not a 5* definitely

Páčilo sa mi more, blízkosť k moru, do mesta

Cons:

Mravce na izbe, v posteli, nábytku všade. Jedlo slabé, nekvalitné, málo na výber, úroveň jedla zlá, lacné nápoje, zlá káva, bazén podľa nás málo udržiavaný.
Minulý rok to bola dovolenka snov-izba,jedlo, vybavenie. Tento rok ohromne sklamanie...slabé všade naokolo od jedla, ktoré nie je hodné ani 3 hviezd po mravce v celej izbe, tvrdej prístelke plnej mravcov, slabej klimatizácií atď.
Škoda veľká škoda.

Odličan odmor na predivnom Kosu. Hotel nudi mnogo sadržaja, ima lijepi bazen, plaža je u neposrednoj blizini i stvarno fantastično osoblje - mahom vrlo mladi ljudi koji se stvarno trude. Moja obitelj i ja osjećali smo se jako dobordošlo ovdje. Sve je uredno i čisto i nemamo zamjerki.

Osjeća se da bi neki dijelovi hotela mogli biti malo obnovljeni, ali ništa presudno...

Pros:

God mat og variasjon på måltidene. Underholdningsteamet var så vennlig. Personalet , særlig på resepsjonen var hjelpsomme. Nær til havet, grønne arealer og naturell skygge fra trærne gir en fin karakter til hotellet. Vi likte quiz kveldene , dart og vannpolo . Treningssenter er bra. Man kan være på andre hotellene fra Kipriotis som en gjest til middag på Panorama eller aqualand (ved betaling litt ekstra)

Cons:

Umoderne og ikke fungerende bad og toaletter gir største svakheten til dette hotellet. Dusjen ved bassenget lukter kloakk, toalettene både i rommet og felles arealer har svarte flekker og slitasje , det hjelper ikke å vaske hver dag, de må byttes! Ansatte på baren bør lage drikkene på en standart måte. De smakte alltid noe annet enn den andre. Vann fra maskinen smakte alltid noe annet enn vanlig vann, utstyre også bør byttes eventuelt vedlikeholdes bedre.

Çalışanların ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otelin limana yakın olması da çok avantajlı.

Cons:

Een fijn verblijf voor een gezinsvakantie.
Pros:

Het appartement was ruim en de bedden waren goed. Het eten en drinken was wisselvallig maar naar behoren. De locatie was oké, een uitstapje vanuit hier is goed te doen. We hebben ons comfortabel gevoelt en dat is voor ons belangrijk. Het strandje aan de overkant is ideaal, de zwembaden waren ook prima. Een groot gedeelte van het personeel zijn fijne mensen die je met liefde helpen.

Cons:

Het appartement is al wat gedateerd. Zo werkte de airco niet naar behoren en kon dit ook niet aangepast worden. In het contact met de receptie (service) merk je dan teveel dat je een nummertje bent op de accommodatie. ‘s avonds was in ons appartement de muziek van het andere hotel nog goed te horen, dit ging iedere avond door tot middernacht. De minpunten waren er zeker, maar in balans met de pluspunten, vandaar voor ons niet hoger dan een 7 als beoordeling.

The property is very dated. The room felt like it was from the 1980’s. It did not feel like a 5star hotel at all. The staff barely spoke to us at all, the reception, although really friendly at check in, didn’t really want to speak to my wife when we went to speak to them and only to me. The food choices were not great, always like warm and again, made it feel like it was not a 5 star hotel. If the hotel and the rooms were updated and modernised and the food was better then I think that would definitely help

The room was big and the pool was nice

Cons:

Firstly the bathroom was a slip hazard as there that old that when u take a shower it just goes everywhere on the floor as the shower screen doesn’t go all the way across , the aircon is absolutely rubbish , it all wants updating , it’s not 5 star far from it it’s more like 3 , the food is awful , the drinks are undrinkable , the sunloungers are old , it lacks in the little finishing touches , the entertainment is terrible even though they try and they are so friendly but it’s that bad
