Pros:

Friendly staff, who were all very helpful & accommodating. We stayed two nights, and our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable on both occasions. Owing to the nature and time of travel we didn't have breakfast, but we were offered free hot drinks, and bottled water, which we were grateful for. The location is fantastic, literally a 5 minute walk from the airport, and 20 minute bus ride into the centre of Salzburg (with a free bus pass provided by the hotel).
