Wir würden wieder buchen. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer mit Gartenblick war eine kleine sehr ruhige Oase. Wegen der Hitze war die Klimaanlage ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war gut und der kleine Frühstücksgarten ganz bezaubernd. Das Stadtzentrum gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit weg vom Zentrum.

Calle tranquila, habitación limpia con vista an la calle

Cons:

En la.habitación no había ni un vaso. Tampoco una pava, ni cafetera, ni nefrigerador. No me gustaron los modos del personal. Fui a calentar agua en un espacio común y una señora ne dijo de mal modo que el agua que iba a poner era gasificada y que iba a romper la pava. Que no use agua mineral, que use la de la canilla. No volvería, no me sentí a gusto.

Beau séjour.
Pros:

Très proche du vieux Salzbourg. J'ai marché partout.
La chambre était juste assez grande, moderne et propre avec un lit comfortable.
Le petit déjeuner était très accectable.

Es gibt gratis Tee und Kaffee an der Unerkunft.
Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Imbiss vis a vis.

Cons:

Begrüssung nicht sehr freundlich. An diesem Tag war wohl aber aufgrund des ELF auch die Hölle los, verständlich wenn Man/Frau nicht gerade brennt für den Job ;)
Zimmer war soweit sauber. Einige Teile des Bodens waren allerdings noch schmutzig.

Ich würde wieder hier buchen. Preis Leistung ist ganz okay, wenn man bedenkt dass ganz Salzburg während des ELF ausgebucht ist.

Terrible, no flexibility between booking.com and the hotel, as a result I was left in the street.

The location is o'k.

Cons:

The hotel staff knew exactly about my late arrival on 04 July, they did not provide me with the access code to enter the hotel. Only referring to booking.com. Thus, I was left in the street, lost 1 night, paid 203 euros to another hotel. Only on 05 July I was able to enter the hotel, and stayed 3 nights, but they charged me for all 4 nights. I complained already to booking.com, no reaction. You can make the system a little more flexible, it was an urgent situation, the hotel could make so little to solve the problem. They did not even think of showing a drop of understanding. To repeat: I need a proper compensation for making that unplanned spending of 203 euros, and for all troubles and poisoning the beginning of my stay. Such an ignorance is more than disappointing.
