Central location.
No tea making facilities in the room. At reception I was given a kettle on request. As it was Sunday the restaurant was closed. So I could not get a cups and saucers.
The staff at breakfast buffet did not explain how the buffet worked. We were only asked about room number.
The black out curtain dimensions were not adequate to keep out the light.
The location was excellent, offering easy access to the restaurants, shops, and attractions along Hallstatt's main street. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating—even gladly providing us with a cup of ice when we asked.
Our room was spacious, with plenty of room to comfortably manage four suitcases and two backpacks. The in-room air conditioning was a lifesaver during the unusually warm weather, and the elevator made transporting our luggage to the second floor effortless.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again on our next visit to Hallstatt.
Unfortunately, our room overlooked the wall of the neighboring building, which was only about three feet away. As a result, very little natural light entered the room, making it feel dark even during the day.
One minor inconvenience was that the restaurant attached to the hotel could make access to the entrance a bit crowded at times. Outdoor tables lined both sides of the steps, and guests waiting for a table often gathered near the restaurant entrance inside, making it a little cumbersome to enter and exit the hotel.
The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and our particularly helpful waiter. The room was modern and up to date, and the public areas were especially nice - which added to the character of this old hotel.
The elevator was quite small, but it was really no problem for the two of us and our baggage.

Our room was huge! I believe it was the executive room, so there was lots of space. The property is right in the center of everything. Very convenient if you’re pressed for time and want to see the sites: the fort, the cathedral, the plaza… and Mirabel Palace is about a pleasant 15 minute walk over the river.
I think for the price, they should have complimentary water when you walk in the lobby, especially during the summertime. Other hotels do it, and I think it’s a nice touch for tourists spending the day exploring the city.

Tiny room, shower overflowed into the bathroom, some staff members were less than helpful (e.g. every guest is entitled to a free Salzburg Guest Mobility card, but we had to remind reception and they still printed it out instead of emailing it to us).
Die Lage war sehr gut, dass Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten eine schöne Ausstattung.
Die Vorhänge waren leider nicht so Dick wie sie aussahen. In der früh bei den ersten Sonnenstrahlen haben diese nicht viel Licht aufgehalten.
The staff were friendly, approachable and were willing to help out with any questions. The room was spacious and quiet, even the the hotel is located in a busy area with lots of foot traffic.
Location and the view from windows (you can see the fortress) are great. The room is actually bigger than what I booked!
