Perfekte Lage für Besuch Festspielhaus, Domplatz- Jedermann, gutes Frühstück, ganz netter, hilfsbereiter "Jungchef", ca.12/13 Jahre alt

Cons:

Im Juli ein Zimmer für 352€ gebucht in der Annahme um diesen Preis ein schönes Zimmer zu bekommen.
Bekommen haben wir eine kleine Kammer mit 12m2,winziges Bad, die gesamte Nacht das Geräusch einer Lüftung vor dem Fenster, kein Platz zum Abstellen der Koffer.
1 Monat später hat auf booking die Kammer 182€ gekostet - last minute Angebot, reiner Nepp..
Preis/ Leistung extrem schlecht, sehr unfreundlichèr Mann an der Rezeption, wir waren schon vorher im Elefant...Nie wieder!

Location; quiet pedestrian area; conveniently in heart of old town, easily reached by bus from airport.
Enjoyed two meals in restaurant

Прекрасное размещение и чистый отель и приветливый персонал .

Прекрасное расположение и отличный персонал

Cons:

Очень маленький не правильной формы номер 20 м2 в программе было другое описание номера . В холодильнике стояла половина выпитая кола . В ванной отсутствуют зубные щетки . Когда я приехала то был праздник и все магазины были закрыты. В номере вода была только за деньги .
Я часто останавливалась в этом отеле , но сервиз сейчас испортился . И огромный кондиционер висит прямо над кроватью и дует прямо на спящего . А если выключить то будет жарко( все хорошо но осадочек не тот((( но отель хороший, просто берите с собой воду!!! И просите номер больше чем 20 м2

We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again on our next visit to Salzburg
Pros:

Location was perfect, shops, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. The room was fabulous, very clean and spacious. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant next door, the food was excellent. Staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
