Wunderschöne Zimmer und außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastgeber
Pros:

Ich habe mittlerweile schon mehrmals hier übernachtet und komme immer wieder gerne zurück.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön renoviert, modern und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders die hochwertigen Materialien, die liebevollen Details und die angenehme Atmosphäre machen den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders. Auch die Sauberkeit ist jedes Mal hervorragend.

Was ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt besonders hervorheben möchte, ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber. Auf Wünsche und Anregungen wird hier wirklich eingegangen. Auch beim Frühstück hat man sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, die Auswahl erweitert und sich persönlich erkundigt, ob alles meinen Vorstellungen entspricht.

Man merkt einfach, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Eine solche Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und verdient ein großes Lob.

Ich habe mich wieder rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

הצוות מקסים וחייכן והמסעדה במלון ממש סגרה לנו פינה. אוכל טעים במחירים סבירים
יש אפשרות לקחת אוטובוס חינם זלצבורג (המלון מותן דוברי מעבר לאוטובוס)

Really pleasant stay, excellent staff.
Pros:

Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Such a lovely atmosphere. I didn’t get her name but the wonderful lady that greeted me and checked me in was excellent. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Large shower and comfortable beds. I didn’t realise/know that all the tap water was drinkable! Water straight from the mountain spring.

Cons:

I didn’t realise all staff completely leave after 21:30 when the reception closes. I wanted to enquire about something with a staff member around 22:30 and it was a completely quiet. The rooms do not come with bath robes or slippers. There was a bottle without a label in the shower which I assumed was shower gel.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft abseits des Trubels
Pros:

Angenehm überrascht, Zimmer neu, gut dimensioniert und ruhig, sehr schönes, neues Badezimmer, überaus freundlich, ideal, wenn man nicht im Trubel der Stadt nächtigen möchte und zudem mit dem PKW anreist, Busanbindung ins Zentrum, bequem zu parken, sehr gutes Restaurant mit a la Carte und Heurigenbuffet, im Sommer ist der gepflegte Gastgarten sicher auch sehr angenehm.
