Pros:

Las instalaciones y cada detalle es especial. Todo muy bien mantenido y como nuevo. El personal sumamente amable y dispuestos a colaborar. Bien ubicado y ofrece un desayuno completo y muy rico. Es más amplio de lo que parece en las fotos y MUY cómodo y bonito. 10 de 10

Pros:

Desde la llegada se comenzó a percibir la calidez, amabilidad e interés por prestar el mejor servicio. La Suite Neila, preciosa, cómoda, generosa en sus espacios y con unos detalles decorativos muy lindos y especiales. Nos encantó la variedad del menú para el desayuno.

Que llamaran la atención o corrigieran a los meseros cerca de los huéspedes.

El alojamiento es espectacular, está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son super cómodas, todas las instalaciones son limpias ordenadas, el personal es super amable, el desayuno estuvo delicioso!

Un hotel que no deja nada que desear y que captura la magia de un lugar tan maravilloso como Villa de Leyva
Pros:

El mejor hotel de Villa de Leyva de lejos. No solo las instalaciones, el personal es absolutamente agradable y servicial, en especial Natalia de la recepción.
Pedimos pizzas para la habitación y estuvieron deliciosas. El desayuno es fantástico y servido en un agradable lugar al lado de la habitación

La temperatura del turco y del sauna podría ser más altas.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage alles neue Zimmer sehr freundliches Personal umd supersauber

Cons:

Gewissw Zimmer haben keine Türe zum WC was nicht allen gefällt und das Restaurant am Abend lässt zu wünschen übrig- eine grosse Karte aber wenn man was bestellen will hat es die Sachen nicht- nicht mal Reis gab es was in Südamerika einer Katastrophe gleicht

Eine Oase der Ruhe
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel. Im Hotel selbst findet man viele lauschige Plätze inmitten von üppigen Grün und exotischen Pflanzen, so dass man sich vom ersten Moment an gleich wohl fühlt. Am Abend wurden Feuerstellen angezündet, was eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Die Angestellten sind allesamt so herzlich, so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier rundum gut versorgt und wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
