This place has a good location near many places but inside the place needs a little more attention to the property for example tv signal was terrible only a few channels wich you can’t see nothing due anthena conexion also pool need more cleaning during the day bathroom need to be separate from toilet.. bed need to have a rug

Ningún aislamiento acústico en la habitación. Extremadamente ruidosa.
El personal al momento del check in tampoco hizo nada por arreglar la situación. Lugar nada recomendable.

Leticia is a great place to stay to explore the Amazon area. Its easy to get to from Bogota and there are some good restaurants. We did one of the standard tours and one day exploring deeper into the jungle on our own, arranged with a captain we new through the hotel. The hotel was very good overall. Its in a good location in Leticia, with easy access to the airport and restaurants. The breakfasts were good and the room was comfortable. We didnt have time to use the pool but we saw others using it and it looked good. The only problem we had was with an aggressive tour guide who would hang out at the hotel try to find tourists to reserve his tours. We saw him being very rude to one of the hotel staff and we decided to make a compliant becuase of what we witnessed

I was very disappointed with the hotel service. We were in the town and looked for a hotel that we could enjoy after being on our jungle tour. We were shown a spacious room with a king sized bed and lots of space it was perfect. When we returned to the hotel we were given a terrible room on the third door curtain rod fell off when we tried to close the blinds, wifi connection did was poor, very limited space and open window with a bug flying in it. It was nothing like the original room we were shown. I would rate that room 1 out of 5.

We asked to be moved one group was allowed to but my husband and I were told there were no other rooms. There was one person who spoke English but he wouldn’t help. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I decided to check online and various rooms were still available. I went back to the front desk and was ignored. Really disrespectful and poor service. We eventually got a room on the first floor. The pool was nice and so was the room. Everyone in are party was tired and just wanted to rest. I would not recommend this hotel the stress and the lack of service was not worth are time. This incident caused our group stress and wasted over an hour of our time. I did not like being lied to there was plenty of rooms available we were only staying one night. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the 3rd floor room. It was less than 1/2 the size of the 1st floor room and the king size bed barely fit the room.

Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. No hot water. Poor maintenance of room. Internet non-functional. Should not be on your list of recommended properties.

I truly recommend this place since it is in the downtown of Leticia so you can find everything you need close to the hotel. Also, the staff was really amazing.

Buena ubicación, atención general buena, instalaciones con mucha humedad

As a place used a lot by travelers with early mornings, having coffee available by 7am would be nice. The staff were friendly and did their best to accomodate the language barrier (I spoke very little spanish, no one spoke any english).

Es un hotel en término general aceptable, pero tiene una persona dentro de sus colaboradores que es grosera y de poca empatía. Refiere a los huéspedes que debemos pagar a el hotel lo que la plataforma le descuenta a ellos porque es muy poquito lo que les cancelan la plataforma. Se nota ordinaria y poco amable. La verdad no fue ella quien me atendió por primera vez sino otra niña que fue muy amable.

The room and pool are OK but the front staff were all terrible: unwelcoming, rude dismissive, arrogant. We NEVER felt welcome during our stay.
If you want more than an OK room and pool, if you want to feel welcome and valued as a guest...then don't stay here.

Excelente servicio y el hotel muy lindo y muy bien hubicado.

We decided to do something different this year and chose Yurupary for its more central location.
The hotel is charming, our room was large and overlooked the swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable.
Only one plug meant there was a lotof changing over of phone chargers!
Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the pool. The offering is rather basic, to be honest. The Amazon is full of fruit, and I was surprised there wasn't more on our breakfast plates.
While we were there the bar was being remodelled which did cause some noise and dust.
Our biggest headache was the wi-fi, but then it's a big big problem in the region. If you need to stay in touch, it is something to bear in mind.
When we come back to Leticia, this is the only hotel we'd consider.
