Blacklisted this property. Never again for my entire life.
Pros:

Nothing, Have canceled the stay upon check-in

Cons:

Surprising in a very bad way!
Different Rooms' description other than the description on Booking.com
for example calling some rooms "Napoli" and "Monaco"
which causes huge confusion colliding with guests who made reservations directly with the Hotel.

No network coverage in the hotel floor

Hotel is in the first floor of a building

Had to leave my wife and daughters in the lobby to use my phone complaining to Booking.com agents for one hour downstairs on the street!!

Thanks to Booking.com professional agents and overall professionalism, I was able to cancel and have a full refund for my reservations

El hotel por dentro está muy bien. Aunque el edificio está mal conservado, por dentro las habitaciones tiene instalaciones muy nuevas. Ocupa solo la primera planta del edificio
