Sweet family place
Pros:

The real treasure of the property is its owner - Mr.Manolis. He is treating all guests as family members. Hotel has perfect location, very calm though only 3 minutes walk from main street. We had very short stay to be able to look thru the huge library inside. If lucky to get to Samos again, we’ll come to Mr.Manolis again

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Hotel Belvedere is centrally located, but in a quiet little street, so you are shielded from the hubbub of central Pythagoreio....but can get anywhere in just a few minutes...the beach, useful food shops, restaurants, & ferries.
It's very clean, well-presented, with all essentials available....& we had a sunny balcony with stunning views of the sea & offshore islands.
But the most important element is the wonderful owner, who creates such a welcoming, friendly environment....this is what makes it special!
We loved staying here, & would definitely book again!

Peaceful gem in a busy city.
Pros:

The location is great....very central in Pythagoreio with easy access to the beach, good restaurants, shops & ferries,...but it's in a very quiet street so you feel shielded from the bustle of Pythagoreio, & it's restful. We had a lovely balcony with garden views, & stunning vistas of the sea & offshore islands. Great place to eat breakfast!
The accomodation is simple & good - what makes the whole place brilliant is the owner - an extremely kind, friendly & decent person who is available & ready to be helpful, but melts away when not needed.

Konumu çok iyi. Sahile 2dk, plaja 3dk yürüme mesafesinde. Sahibi Manolis bey çok ilgili, sevecen,güler yüzlü, yardım sever. Sürekli otelde olması güven veriyor.

Cisza, spokój, pogodna atmosfera, pan Manolis, bliskość lotniska, portu i centrum.
Pros:

Atmosfera, którą potrafi zorganizować właściciel - Manolis. Świetna lokalizacja. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Widok z okna balkonu na czerwone dachy Pithagorio i niebieskie morze. Momentami Pithagorio przypominał mi Dubrownik w Chorwacji. Nadmorski pasaż i główna ulica, w odległości kilku minut. Tadeusz i Iwona pozdrawia Manolisa.

Cons:

Wszystko było fajne w Belvedere. To jest bardzo dobra propozycja na krótki pobyt blisko lotniska i promów. Dłuższy pobyt wymagałby odnalezienie się wśród tych jednokierunkowych uliczek i nauczenia się znajdowania miejsca na zaparkowanie wynajętego samochodu.

Konumu oldukça çarşıya yakındı.Odamız tertemizdi ve diğer günlerde de hemen temizlenmişti.Manolis o kadar nazik,sıcak kanlı biri ki tekrar Samos’a gittiğimde yine burada konaklarım.Her konuda da oldukça yardımcı oldu.Ve otelden ayrılırken verdiği hediyesi için de teşekkürler.

Pros:

A very friendly host with helpful tips on what to do in Pythagorio and around Samos in general. Communication was stress-free, and the whole place had a warm, family-like atmosphere. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean and serviced every day, with fresh sheets provided daily. Highly recommended!
