Pros:

Awful - no hot water, freezing room
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

No hot water even after I checked with the front desk and messaged them and, they told me several times that it was fixed but I tried all night and nothing but ice cold Peruvian water. Also I’ve never slept in such a cold room in my life. Not enough blankets. I had to sleep with every layer I own on. No heat.

La ubicación , en pleno centro de Puno a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas.

Pros:

La relación calidad precio, aunque no hay calefacción se está bien dentro, la ducha tiene agua caliente con buena presión.
El desayuno está súper sumaq y son muy agradables.
Además tiene una tiendecita con souvenirs a muy buen precio (mejor que los ofrecidos en tiendas de la calle principal).
También guardan equipaje en caso de realizar excursiones, incluso si la excursión supone dormir en el lago.

Amazing stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puno. The room was incredibly quiet and peaceful — exactly what I needed for a great night’s sleep. I honestly didn’t hear a thing throughout the night.

The staff were impeccable from beginning to end, always treating me with kindness and respect. They went out of their way to help me with practical things as well, including arranging taxis and helping me find where to exchange or withdraw local money, which made my stay so much easier.

I truly felt well looked after and would happily stay here again.
