Koszmar.
Pros:

Lokalizacja ładna, za oknem ładne widoki. Nic poza tym.

Cons:

W pokoju nie było ciepłej wody, nie działało ogrzewanie. Przy temperaturze poniżej zera zastaliśmy pokój z otwartymi oknami. W związku z brakiem ogrzewania - spaliśmy w ubraniach, skarpetkach, pod wszystkimi kołdrami i kocami jakie znaleźliśmy. Dogrzewaliśmy się... suszarką do włosów. Przyjechaliśmy późno ok 21:00 do obiektu, kontakt z właścicielem był niemożliwy. Niestety nocleg zakończył się chorobą całej rodziny, co mocno wpłynęło na urlop.

Festői,központi környezetben található kényelmes,tiszta.Barátságos,kedves,figyelmes személyzet,ízletes,bőséges ételek.

A szemèlyzet rendkívül kedves,baràtsàgos,segítôkèsz volt.A szàllàs tiszta,kènyelmes,központi fekvèsũ.A környezet festôi.Az ètterem szemèlyzete közvetlen,barátságos.Az ėtelek rendkívül ízletesek,bősėgesek.

Különösen télen jól esne,ha lenne legalább egy bekėszített vízforraló,kenyèrpirító.Lehet,hogy nem mozdítok meg tömegeket ezzel a felvetésemmel,de nekem fokozta volna a kényelmemet,jólétemet.

Hotel und Restaurant war geschlossen.
Cons:

Bei Ankunft hat das Hotel und Restaurant zu.
Bei Anruf wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel draußen auf einem Tisch liegt.
Das Hotel wurde gewählt, da das Restaurant am Montag geöffnet sein soll.
So stand unser Mitarbeiter ohne ein Abendessen dort.
Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon tat ganz überrascht, dass das Hotel und Restaurant zu hat.

Pros:

Schöne Lage, Zimmer direkt über dem Gasthof, wir konnten unsere Räder dort laden. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und sehr freundliches Personal.

Das darunterliegende Restaurant ist sehr gut, tolles Personal und Service.
Die Unterkunft hat eine idyllische Lage am Kloster. Der kleinen See bietet sich für einen Spaziergang an.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist ohne Verpflegung !! Für die Lage und Ausstattung viel zu teuer.

Pros:

Door omstandigheden omgeboekt naar hun zuster hotel ruperthof, prima uprade want dat hotel had veel meer voorzieningen! Speelkamer voor de kids en een zwembad!
Kamers waren schoon en alles was netjes mogelijkheid tot dineren in het hotel

Cons:

Personeel achter de receptie waren zeer onvriendelijk, kunnen geen engels en blijven in het duits tegen je mopperen terwijl je aangeeft dat je dat niet spreekt! Personeel in het restaurant was wel vriendelijk en deed hun best!
