Pros:

A peaceful hotel in a beautiful village with great & modern facilities, hot showers and very clean rooms. The host was incredibly helpful. By far the best hotel I stayed at in Peru.

Literie trop dure et tarif excessif pour une soupe de légumes de l'eau et quelques légumes 28 soles 😭

Lovely and comfortable stay in Chucuito, Puno!
Pros:

The staff were super nice and friendly. I found the facilities of the hotel were just as described and we felt right at home from the very beginning.

Cons:

I can not say much about things I did not like. Everything went well, even the distance to Puno is not that difficult to manage, just 25 minutes by bus.

Supera las expectativas, y la atencion de las mejores!!!
Pros:

La atencion de René, quien nos ayudo desde la llegada hasta la salida fue espectacular, nos brindo la atencion al servicio de oxigeno en horario nocturna, respondia inmediatamente los mensajes; nos guio para con quienes hacer los tours y como llegar de diversas maneras al hotel y puntos turisticos; Tambien tomaron muy en cuenta las restricciones alimenticias que se les indico con anterioridad; y las instalaciones muy buenas, nuevas totalmente y con espacios muy lindos que sirven de exhibicion

Cons:

Llego a haber un corte de energia en la madrugada que hizo que no haya agua caliente, pero se nos informo inmediatamente, de igual manera dieron la posibilidad de asistirnos agua caliente; igual asumo que escapa de las manos del hotel el corte de luz que fue en toda la ciudad

Un a estancia maravillosa
Pros:

La atención de René y Agustín marcan la diferencia.. Realmente son muy amables nos hicieron sentir en casa.
El hotel está muy lindo
