A very nice hotel with excellent staff. Mr Rene and Mr Augustin couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent maintained and clean. Nice touches with old english furniture.

Nice views on the lake from the rooftop bar; breakfast and dinner delicious, no reason to eat outside.

Cons:

Not so much, but the beautiful entree is in big contrast with the unpaved street and somewhat dreary surroundings, but once inside you’re in a perfect little World.

Tout était parfait : le lieu magnifique et calme, le personnel au petit soin, le petit déjeuner très bon, la literie de qualité.

Aside from the internet issues, this is a fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at Atojja Chucuito was truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, blending modern comfort with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Puno. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was the service. Augustin was exceptionally friendly and personal. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attending to our needs with genuine care and professional warmth. It is rare to find such dedicated staff who truly make you feel at home. The rooms were also very comfortable, clean, and well-designed.

Cons:

The only aspect that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, the signal was quite unstable and kept cutting out, which made it impossible to handle an interview I had scheduled.

Aside from the internet issues, this is a fantastic hotel. Thank you again to Augustin for the wonderful hospitality! We would definitely stay here again for the peace and the excellent service.

An exceptional hotel!
Pros:

This was the best hotel we had the pleasure to stay in Peru. From the decoration, the setting, the service, the rooms, the food, everything was exactly what we needed and more after our long trip. The staff were so attentive. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. This is a 12/12. Thanks for making our stay memorable :)
