Pros:

Nous avons passé un court séjour très satisfaisant. L'établissement est très propre et le personnel est extrêmement serviable, toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et des attractions principales. Le petit-déjeuner est modeste, mais de bonne qualité. L'accueil chaleureux rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et le recommandons à tous ceux qui souhaitent un séjour confortable et agréable.

Over all is good people in the reception are very friendly and easy to talk to.
Pros:

I paid for breakfast but I did not breakfast..when I went there I found it very confusing and didn't what to eat and went back to my room....

Cons:

at around 2pm. I saw one of the kitchen lady giving a coffee to a Tunisian group...then i ask for a coffee unfortunately she said finished which I do not believed.

La belle découverte et surprise à sousse même après ces années de connaissances des lieux 🤣
Pros:

Pour un hôtel de 2 étoiles , j’étais agréablement surpris. Le personnel était très sympa, très accueillant et à l’écoute des clients ,
J’ai observé qu’il y a vraiment un effort de l’équipe de l’hôtel pour garder cet établissement aussi agréable et attractif
Bien sûr, le grand avantage est l’impeccable position de l’hôtel à sousse

Cons:

Une meilleure diversité de l’offre du petit déjeuner
Un entretien des climatiseurs et de mes TV
un peu de plus d’entretien de la salle d’eau

Juste avec 3 choses , l’hôtel sera plus compétitif par rapport aux hôtels de 4 et 5 étoiles
