Pros:

La posizione, la cordialità del personale soprattutto la signora delle pulizie sempre sorridente e brava nel suo lavoro.

Cons:

La mancanza del bancomat. Abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti. Negli spazi comuni non c'era l'aria condizionata. Un disabile avrebbe problemi ad accedere alle stanze in quanto per accedere all' ascensore bisogna fare una rampa di scale. La mobilia andrebbe modernizzata. Il letto è piccolo, non è matrimoniale ma una piazza e mezza. Non è ben isolato dal rumore stradale, ma tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Mancanza di un bar interno per i clienti.

Personnel agréable, parking disponible. L’hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

C’est la deuxième fois que l’on séjourne dans cet hôtel et l’état semble s’être d’avantage dégradé. La chambre manquait de propreté notamment au niveau de la salle de bain. La douche était bouchée. Nous avons également eu un problème au niveau de la poignée de la porte d’entrée toute la durée du séjour. L’établissement a beaucoup de potentiel mais semble mal entretenu. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Convenable pour un très court séjour.

Très déçu de mon séjour à l’hôtel Soussana. À mon arrivée, l’agent m’a indiqué que ma réservation avait été annulée, alors que j’avais bien signalé à l’hôtel mon arrivée tardive et que celle-ci avait été acceptée au préalable. Son discours a ensuite changé lorsque je lui ai précisé que j’étais membre Genius 3.

De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas d’eau à boire gratuitement : il fallait la payer. À noter également que l’hôtel n’accepte pas les autres devises et exige un paiement en dinars tunisiens (DT).

Je tiens toutefois à remercier Amna pour sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et son aide. C’est un point très positif dans mon expérience.
