Lovely hotel
Pros:

This hotel is well maintained and has a very good location, delicious food and nice animation team, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional especially Béchir, Mounira and Nesrine at reception. Highly recommended!

he service was excellent, the entertainment team was fantastic, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their kindness really made a positive difference throughout our stay. The hotel facilities are also pleasant, although they are starting to show their age and could benefit from some renovation.
Overall, the staff and service deserve high praise, but improvements are needed in housekeeping consistency, family-friendly food options for young children, and transportation services to truly meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay did not start well. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. for check-in, and when we entered our room, it was clearly not clean. There was dust, footprints on the floor, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and the shower was also dirty. We immediately reported the issue and had to wait outside the room while it was cleaned urgently.

A few days later, we noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed for two days. After making another complaint, a very professional housekeeper took care of the room. From that point on, everything was excellent: the room was spotless, well-organized, and cleaned to a high standard.

The food for adults was good, with a good variety of options. However, the buffet was not suitable for a baby under two years old. It would have been appreciated to have more baby-friendly choices such as bananas, plain yogurt, fresh fruit, steamed vegetables, and simple fish dishes.

Another disappointment was at check-out. We asked the reception to call a taxi, but they were unable to arrange one. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect either a taxi service or partnerships with local taxi companies. In the end, we had to find a taxi ourselves outside the hotel, even though we saw other guests leaving in taxis arranged by the hotel.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service and amazing staff!
Pros:

The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. They really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and we had a great experience overall.

Cons:

The food was okay, but I think there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Pros:

Bon hôtel all inclusive à Sousse. L'équipe d'animation propose plusieurs activités. Le buffet est assez varié et il y a plusieurs animations culinaires proposées.

Cons:

Nous y avons séjourné en mai et les animations du soir étaient au bar, pas beaucoup d'espace et musique un peu trop forte.
