أنا حجزت عن طريق بوكينج بسعر 400 ريال ، ولما حضرت عند موظف الاستقبال وطلب مني اكثر من ألف دينار تونسي ، وحاول يبرر و يكذب علي بحجة الضرائب، و بحجة اليورو . وبعدين والحمدلله قبل بالسعر 400 اللي في حجز البوكينج .
انتبهو من نصب موظف الاستقبال.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, calm, and we had a nice room with beautiful view. The staff were kind and they gave us a free dinner which we appreciate a lot. We recommend!

Cons:

Not really understand why the securities outside the Marhaba Hotels had to check the reservation before letting us get in the area.

Loved it so much that I extended my stay
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My original booking was for one night, but after seeing the quality of the service and comfort, I extended my stay for two additional nights. The room was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the welcome gift of fruits, chocolates, and Coke cans was a lovely surprise. Excellent experience overall.

Memorable stay

I am an Iranian pilot flying for the Tunisian airline Nouvelair, and I stayed at this hotel for some time. In my opinion, this hotel will meet your expectations and leave you satisfied.
The strongest point of this hotel, in my view, is its friendly, polite, and warm staff. They are well-trained, professional, responsible, and truly dedicated to their work.
I would especially like to mention Mrs.Mounira and Mr.Bechir at the reception desk, who always welcomed me with a smile and a calming, positive attitude.
I would also like to thank Mr.Willi, who understood my situation and offered me the best possible rate to stay there.
