Lovely people, excellent food but hotel needs a refresh
Pros:

The staff were amazing food was very good

Cons:

The property is tired looking eg the shower head was loose
Nothing much for under 5’s the park needs more swings etc and to not be on sand as toddlers can’t walk on it properly

Un sejur în care personalul,nisipul fin si marea superba fac fiecare bănuț sa merite!

Personalul de excepție,foarte amabili ,încearcă să te mulțumească cu tot ce pot.

Cons:

Cred ca este nevoie de o renovare totala a holurilor din hotel,primul impact este dezolant.Camerele sunt destul de primitoare.cred ca cele 4 stele la care este cotat sunt prea multe.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant, est vraiment très gentil. Tout le monde était souriant, accueillant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien équipée. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également TOP, idéal pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros:

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view. The food was delicious, with plenty of good choices throughout the stay.

A special thank you to Mounira and Bechir at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. They were always friendly and helpful.

The animation team also does a great job. They bring a lot of energy and create a fun atmosphere for the guests.

Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the whole team!

Très agréable séjour, avec un accueil chaleureux et un service attentionné. Un grand merci à Mme Soumaya et Mme Mounira pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous avons eu une belle suite avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine.
Ayant séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, je peux dire que celui-ci figure parmi mes meilleures expériences. Tout était au rendez-vous : propreté, qualité de la nourriture, confort, décoration et cadre très agréable.
Même mon bébé a adoré le séjour et a très bien dormi. Une expérience réussie sur tous les plans. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
