The hotel needs a serious renovation.
Rooms look like they are from the 80s. Walls have flaky paint and signs of water/humidity damage.
Breakfast is poor, especially for a Greek hotel, there could be thousands better options for produce and breakfast options they could go with.
In general no attention to detail
Room was full of mosquitos, even with nets on.
No amenity kits whatsoever, even for simple things.

- Essen: Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar, aber man findet immer etwas. Das Rührei ist leider ungenießbar, da es viel zu wässrig schmeckt. Getränke in Selbstbedienung gab es nur Apfel-, Orangen- und Grapefruitsaft, wobei der Orangensaft eher wie Fanta schmeckte. Heißgetränke wurden serviert. Mein Wasser wurde dabei leider oft vergessen. Wasser und Tee in Selbstbedienung wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Mittag- und Abendessen haben wir nur 1x ausprobiert, da war die Auswahl in Ordnung. Geschmacklich darf man sich aber ebenfalls nicht zu viel erwarten.
- Zimmer: wie aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen erwartet, sehr sehr klein. Da wir uns nicht viel im Zimmer aufgehalten haben, war das aber halb so schlimm für uns. Was uns allerdings schon sehr gestört hat war, dass die Dusche winzig und mit Duschvorhang war, der sich immer an den Körper angelegt hat. Man konnte sich nicht einmal bücken. Nach der Dusche war das halbe Bad nass, auch wenn man gut aufgepasst hat. Wenn man sehr groß oder breit ist, ist das Badezimmer auf jeden Fall ein Problem. Außerdem gibt es keine Steckdose im Bad.
- Zimmerreinigung: es wurde leider nie gestaubsaugt, sodass der Boden nach einigen Tagen nur noch dreckig war.

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein.
Die Balkon-Raucher stören durch den Rauch die anderen Zimmergäste.

First morning while we were a sleep a cockroach was walking on my leg. We reported it to the reception, they send a cleaning lady into our room. The second morning again we found a cockroach walking on the floor. We were really polite but the lady on the reception was really rude, she didn`t even apologize to us. Otherwise everything was good, great pool, the beach is a couple minutes away, bus top for town Kos is also near by.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel

Shower curtain is not 21st century. Bathroom flooded every shower, shower head dropped to bottom of rail. Orange juice at breakfast was like water. Stale rolls on occasion. Bit lacking in shady areas. Poor gin & vodka for all inclusive drinks. Towels not always available for pool/beach. No need for €10 deposit for each towel. Would have preferred snack bar at the pool bar area.

I can't think of anything we don't like. Everything is not a problem for the staff if ever there is anything you do require. They are always on hand to help out wherever they can.

Nothing really for the price …it was great

The bed was a little soft but we recognise that's a personal taste for us.
