Świetny hotel!
Sugerowaliśmy się opiniami i nie zawiedliśmy się. Serdecznie polecam każdemu!
Totalnie nie rozumiem negatywnych komentarzy.

Pokoje bardzo duże, czyste. Łóżka sa przewygodne! Ogromny (dla nas) plus za kołdrę!!!! w innych krajach typu grecja czy chorwacja zazwyczaj mieliśmy prześcieradło do przykrycia, czego nie znoszę, a tutaj jest normalna kołdra. Niby nie wiele a jednak +1000000 dla Naszego komfortu. Dodatkowy plus za poduszkę duża oraz mała- ja musze mieć dużo poduszek do spania.

Niedaleko znajduje się pierwszy sklep oraz restauracja.

Nie mieliśmy niebezpiecznej sytuacji. W hotelu sa wszyscy przyjaźni i chętni by tobie pomóc!
Ludzie jeżdżą jak chcą ale nie czuliśmy się niebezpiecznie.

W hotelu jedzenie to rewelacja!!!! Śniadanie może i codziennie to samo, ale jest tego tyle, że naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie :) byliśmy tydzień i nie przejadło nam się, raczej bym powiedziala, że wyczekiwaliśmy tych śniadań. Dodatkowo można zamówić obiad - serdecznie polecamy! Jedzenie jest przepyszne serio!

Widziałam pojawiające się negatywne komentarze o lokalizacji. Do centrum/nad morze jest takie 20 min ale sporo z górki (co siła rzeczy sprawia że w drugą stronę jest pod górę i to dość ostro), ale można zamówić taksówkę za 10e, nie jest to tragiczna cena, a warto przejść sie na plażę, popływać w morzu i pochodzić po miasteczku. Takie położenie hotelu sprawia, że widok z niego jest REWELACYJNY. Basen znajduje się na 3p, a restauracja na 4p - widok podczas kapania czy śniadania jest przepiękny!

Nice place, excellent view, if you like the Montenegro,you'll like it too.
Pros:

The sea view, the services within the hotel. Also the staff was very supportive and friendly. The parking was safe and in a garage, not exposed to the sun. The pool and the pool side was really fantastic. Small grocery shop in the vicinity, and an italian style restaurant with friendly local owner.

Cons:

Small annoying things, for exaple the door of the bathroom has closed by itself always with a strange noise. Sometime was difficult to correlate with the taxi drivers (it was not the hotel's fault)

Hótelið var mjög gott og sérstaklega sundlaugin og aðstaðan í kringum hana. Morgunmaturinn var einnig góður. Það eru frí stæði við hótelið og starfsfókið er mjög hálpsamt.

Cons:

Það hefði mátt vera leirtaug í eldhúsinu. einnig vorum við 3 í herberginu hjón og eitt barn en einugnis voru 2 glös og 2 bollar. Ég bað um að það yrði sett inn auka glas sem þau ætluðu að gera en kom ekki. hugsanlega miskilningu þar sem þjónustan var mjög góð að öðru leiti.

L'hôtel est confortable et l'accès à la piscine est agréable.
On est un peu loin du centre pour y aller au pied mais assez proche en voiture (bien que ce ne soit pas facile de se garer)
Une place de parking gratuit nous parler de se garer a l'hôtel sans difficulté
Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

C'est dommage que des clients de l'hôtel posent leurs serviettes dès le matin pour réserver les bains de soleil alors qu'ils ne sont pas au bord de la piscine et partent prendre leur petit déjeuner.
Les places étant limitées, il était difficile de trouver une place pour s'allonger.

Scam with overbooking
Cons:

I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Just two hours before check-in, while we were already driving to Ulcinj, the hotel informed us that our room was unavailable due to a supposed “plumbing issue.” They offered either a room in a different building without breakfast or a much lower-standard basement-like room at the same price.

When we refused, they asked us to cancel the reservation instead of cancelling it themselves. Only after Booking.com Customer Service intervened did the hotel finally cancel the booking. We were later informed by Booking.com that the real reason was overbooking, not a plumbing problem.

Leaving guests without accommodation at the last minute, providing misleading information, and trying to avoid responsibility is completely unacceptable. I would never book this hotel again.

Huge room, very comfortable and clean. A great view from pool area. The stuff is helpful and very polite. The breakfast was good too. The supermarket is 10 mins walk. The old town is around 30 mins walk.

Great potential - but let down by poor customer service choices!
Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which is a lovely layout and it was great to have 3 bedrooms, with wonderful views from our sitting room. The dining terrace was a nice touch.
There was a nice big fridge freezer.
The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was effective. The pool was very nice and we had a very good and helpful welcome.
A member of staff was kind enough to supply some gf options for breakfast and help with some decaf coffee.

Cons:

Unfortunately a few curiosities, some unfortunate, some avoidable, dampened the mood of our stay.
There was an attempt to provide kitchen equipment but extremely eclectic and not very useful to have no glasses or plastic drinking vessels. Only mugs!
We asked about soap on arrival as the sink soap was empty. We used the bath soap for a while then that emptied too. We waited 2 days of our 3 night stay to get soap having asked 3 times. Surely this is a hotel basic and shouldn't' have required a single request let alone multiple.
There was something odd going on with the kitchen too. Breakfast was pretty basic and a number of dinner menu items weren't available, particularly drinks. When we ordered dinner the predicted 30 min wait turned into 45 mins and then we were informed of an oven problem so a further 30 minute delay incurred... It was pretty mediocre when we got it but we were very hungry by then....and we enjoyed it on our terrace, drinking beer out of mugs...!
The most curious thing was the parking. Understandably it is tight and frequently cars are being blocked into the undercover grid carpark. We were asked to move the hotel owners car to retrieve ours. He was out and none of the duty staff were in a position to drive it. Raising all sorts of questions about insurance and appropriateness...we were slightly flabbergasted to be honest.
This could have been a much higher rating as the hotel itself and the room and setup have a lot of potential.
