Pros:

Extremely service minded personel.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we arrived. However, the whole staff were so nice and friendly and ordered pizza on our behalf even though it was quite late.

Insgesamt ein kleines Hotel an ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Zentrums.

Die Lage ist nicht zentral.
Der Preis vor Ort ist teurer als bei booking.com angeboten.
Kein Preisnachlass für defekten Rollladen (Zimmer während Aufenthalt dunkel).

Stornierung der Buchung trotz Bezahlung, um Bewertung zu verhindern
Pros:

Blick vom Restaurant. Der deutsche Besitzer und damit auch Verpächter ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Allerdings hat er sich nach seiner Aussage komplett aus dem Hotelmanagement herausgezogen und das Hotel verpachtet. Dennoch hat er uns als Entschädigung eine Flasche Rotwein zukommen lassen, weil wir ein komplett anderes, kleineres Apartment erhalten haben als gebucht. Eigene Parkplätze. Ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Pächter und zeitgleich Hotelmanager Interessierte das falsche Apartment nicht, das richtige bräuchte noch 2-3 Stunden am Abend für die Reinigung. Da wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten, wollten wir auch nicht am Folgetag wieder umziehen. Am Abend der Ankunft wiesen wir freundlich darauf hin, dass in den allen 3 fest installierten Seifenspendern unseres Apartments keine Seife wäre. Der separat hingestellte Seifenspender war mit der verdünnten Lotion auch so gut wie leer. Am nächsten Morgen meinte das Putzpersonal, dass 1h später alles aufgefüllt wäre. Auch der Seifenspender in der Restauranttoilette war leer. Nach Rückkkehr am späten Nachmittag war immer noch nichts passiert. Auch die Mülleimer des Zimmers waren nicht geleert, die Betten nicht gemacht ( für uns nicht so relevant), obwohl der Hotelmanager versicherte, dass täglicher Zimmerservice stattfinden würde. Als er beim Putzpersonal nachfragte, war dieses so dreist und behauptete, das Zimmer gemacht zu haben. Den überquellenden Mülleimer zeigten wir dann allen...der Hotelmanager bot uns dann genervt an, die Buchung zu stornieren, um eine schlechte Bewertung zu verhindern - wie er ausdrücklich sagte. Wir müssten dann auch nichts zahlen. Dies ist allerdings nicht unser Stil. Am Abreisetag zahlten wir dann, um dann festzustellen, dass wenige Minuten später der Hotelmanager unsere Buchung doch stornierte - eben um eine Bewertung zu verhindern. In Google-Bewertungen finden sich dieselben Erfahrungen von anderen Gästen...wir können dieses Hotel mit diesem Gebaren des ohnehin lustlos wirkenden jungen Hotelmanagers in keinster Weise empfehlen, der schon mit der Bereitstellung von Seife überfordert war und dem es klar an Integrität mangelt. Wer weiß, welche tatsächliche Gesamtbewertung dieses Hotel hat.

We felt appreciated and cared for!
Pros:

First of all I want to tell,that it has beautiful view bot from room and pool and restaurant area.Room was spaceous,it was interesting and very clean,cleaning was every day.Big refrigerator,great air conditioning.Loved the pictures on the walls of Ulcinj in the past.Pool area was lovely,pool is not big,but its enough and it isnt crowded.The sunbeds with sea in front is great place to enjoy and relax.Breakfast can get repetitive if you stay longer,but on the other hand there is everything you need for breakfast,good coffee,pancakes,omelette,good bread.I would suggest to give ketchup or some sauce with omlette,but we had pleasant breakfast everyday.
It wasnt problem for us,because we had a car,but property is up in the hill,you need to keep that in mind if it is a challenge to climb up a bit.Location for us was was great,good restaurant nearby,markets,old town-we loved it here,staff is amazing,helpful and welcoming!I wish them success and keep up the warm atmosphere they have created!With love from Latvia❤️

Ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Etwas weit oben am Hügel dafür schöner Meerblick, ruhige Lage, sauberer kühler Pool mit schönen Liegen. Wir hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer, modernes, etwas kleines Bad, bequeme Betten.
Die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück in Ordnung.
Es hat private Garagenplätze, allerdings muss man ab und zu umparken, wenn jemand raus will.
Zu Fuss ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum, wobei die Strecke für Fussgänger nicht optimal ist, da Gehsteige fehlen.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Haus Freiburg, and everything was truly great from start to finish! The staff was easily the highlight of our trip they were extremely helpful and always brought a positive, welcoming energy to every interaction. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and waking up to such a nice view every morning was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was also good and provided a great start to our day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
