Pros:

Hatten im ersten Stock ein wunderschönes Zimmer,
Ruhige Lage- Parkplatz vor der Tür und kostenlos. Sensationelles Frühstück. Abendessen im Restaurant - sehr gut gegessen/ kleine Auswahl aber dafür sehr lecker. Alle Mitarbeiter/mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frau Weiss an der Reception ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit, kundenorientiert , kompetent und sehr freundlich. Danke!
Lage des Hotels sensationell und Biergarten mit Blick über Salzburg.

Immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Für uns das schönste Hotel bei Salzburg.Wir fahren sehr gerne nach Maria Plain.Diese Ruhe da oben,die gibt es nirgends.Das Essen ist hervorragend.Alles passt.Ein schöner Platz von Österreich!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit Blick auf Salzburg
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, ruhig und gemütlich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal besonders an der Rezeption. Traumhafte Lage, gutes Restaurant. Bezüglich des kleinen Hundes vollkommen unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer können nicht vollständig verdunkelt werden. Für lichtempfindliche Menschen ist das in der Nacht problematisch.

Cons:

Im Speisesaal könnte leise Hintergrundmusik laufen, so ist es ziemlich gedrückt....

Schon einmal die Leistung bei einem vergangenen Aufenthalt in dem Haus beanstandet – seinerzeit war es das mangelhafte Frühstück. Sehr viele fehlende Speisen wurden nicht aufgefüllt, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Hat mir das Haus mitgeteilt… es tut Ihnen Leid……. sie würden sich freuen wenn ich ihnen noch einmal diesbezüglich eine weitere Chance geben würde. Hab ich. Dieses mal war das Frühstück besser. Leider jedoch war das Abend Essen gänzlich kalt, merkwürdig? Und musste nach dem ersten Bissen zurück gehen. Weiters war das Zimmer eine Grenzwertige Zumutung, wie es leider viele Bewertungen auf der web Seite beschreiben. Kein Heizugsthermostat – es geht nur kalt oder heiß. Blende am Heizkörper hängt lose rum. Möbel teils desolat. Waschbecken und Toilette schmuddelig bis ekelerregend. Ebenso die Gänge und der Fahrstuhl. Das alles sieht der Gast schon beim Eintreten. Aber nicht das Personal über welchen Zeitraum ? die die Räume pflegen? Oder ist es der Leitung des Hauses egal?
