La facilidad del check in, la limpieza y la ubicación. La simpatía del personal.
El agua caliente de la ducha se gastaba muy rápidamente y era muy complicado manejar el aire acondicionado frio/calor.
La nevera de la habitación algo ruidosa, pero lo compensaba todo la ubicación y las vistas.
The accommodation is located in one of the Three Cities. I’m glad I chose to stay here because it’s much more authentic and peaceful than, for example, Valletta. The ferry terminal, the gondolas, and the bus stop are all just a short walk away.
The place is clean and truly a boutique hotel, but during my stay I never met a receptionist. I have no idea who actually belonged to the hotel, apart from the cleaning lady, whom I later saw in the café. You can enter both the main gate and the door with a code, which is convenient since you don’t have to deal with keys.
My only real remark is that I missed having a kind host. I arrived on my birthday (and I had mentioned this in advance), and I admit that a small gesture (a note or anything) would have felt nice. It also would have been good to ask for guidance about one or two of my tours, or simply to have someone greet me in the morning. 🙂
Someone else wrote that they couldn’t sleep because of the fridge. Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing. When it switches on and off, it wakes you up—unless you’re a very deep sleeper.
It would also be nice to have a hook in the hallway for coats or handbags.

Wir haben nie offiziell ein- oder ausgecheckt.
Außerdem steht zwar auf booking dass man auf anfrage früher einchecken kann aber ich hab dem Hotel 5 Tage vor Anreise eine Mail geschrieben wie auch Ihnen auf booking geschrieben aber es kam erst auf erneute booking Nachricht meinerseits mit der bitte um endliche Antwort, eine Antwort seitens des Hotels mit der Bestätigung dass wir früher einchecken können. Als wir dann aber beim Hotel waren konnten wir erst recht nicht früher einchecken.
Das Bad war zwar nicht dreckig aber auch nicht sauber, überall diese blau/grün/weißen (Kalk-)Flecken. Außerdem war ein Polsterbezug dreckig noch bevor wir überhaupt in dem Bett schlafen konnten.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa con vista sul porto.
Posizione eccezionale per visitare le 3 città con vicino un parcheggio comodo e gratuito raggiungibile a piedi molto velocemente attraversando il ponte sul canale.
Traghetto per Valletta proprio di fronte all'hotel, al costo di 2.50€ per persona vi porta direttamente in città in pochi minuti, arriva abbastanza frequentemente.
Cambio asciugamani giornaliero con bottiglia d'acqua da 50 cl in omaggio ogni giorno a persona.
La stanza viene pulita e sistemata a giorni alterni.
Wi-fi funziona bene.
Il bar al piano terra é comodissimo per fare una rapida colazione (abbiamo solo sfruttato le brioches che possono essere riempite a piacere con marmellate o crema ma ho visto altri ordinare piatti più internazionali). Costo contenuto.
Checkin e checkout veloci a qualsiasi ora tramite app Booking o mail ma la reception é solitamene presenziata fino alle 12:30.
We had three rooms for our group. Fabulous location and lovely spacious rooms with stunning view. Great cafe downstairs too. Perfect view for watching New Year’s Eve fireworks
Stanza pulita, dotata dei principali confort. Vista sulla darsena. La struttura è piccola ma ben tenuta. La zona attorno anche è molto carina, di interessante nella città c'è il palazzo dell'inquisitore. A pochi passi inoltre c'è un servizio di collegamento per la Valletta con una barca di legno molto carina, tipica per turisti, porta 4-5 persone, ma ce ne sono molte e partono in continuazione. E' un servizio turistico, ma è anche il mezzo più veloce per recarsi a la Valletta.
Le dimensioni della stanza sono al minimo ed il materasso non è dei più comodi. Il servizio di reception è solo di mattina. Se potete dunque, cercate di arrivare di mattina: al nostro arrivo la stanza assegnata aveva un problema di elettricità e ce l'hanno cambiata subito. Ma se fossimo stati soli, poteva rappresentare un problema. Il condizionatore non si regolava, a parte acceso o spento. Fortunatamente, siamo andati di inverno, la temperatura era mite e bastava accenderlo qualche minuto, per lo più è sempre stato spento perché non c'era bisogno.

Great spot for catching the ferry to Valletta. Nice view. Clean and adequate room.
Very small balcony, couldn't get two people sat on it, even without a table. We only had 1 chair through our 4 day stay. TOTAL disrespect to customers. Me and my partner left early in the morning to see the cathedral in Valletta, knowing that we had to be out of the room by 11-00am that morning. Returned at 10-52 am and found our room empty, sheets off the bed and our personal belongings in the hallway outside the room entrance (see photos attached), including my camera bag and our toiletries on a shelf, no apologies just a "we have a job to do" attitude. All we wanted to do was freshen up in 2 or three minutes as we had already packed, just our toiletries were ready to be used. No manager around to complain too, but the manager's sister was in the breakfast room, no apologies and couldn't see anything wrong in clearing out our room before 11-00 am. In fact the woman was blatantly rude and insisted that we were not welcome again, I have never come across a hotelier with such a mouthful of garbage and can only assure her and the management of this establishment that we have absolutely no intention of doing so and urge anyone to consider booking this "boutique hotel" not too.
Clean property in a great location! Ferry to Valletta across the street!
This was the first time I have been to Malta, I spent a lot of time thinking about where i wanted to stay, the 3 cities suited me well, it was quieter than other parts, plenty of excellent local restaurants and a nice vibe. The hotel was very handy to the Valletta ferry making it very easy to get around to other parts of the island.
My room had a great view over the marina, with a small balcony it was a great place to relax as the sun set
Finding the hotel was tricky as there is a closed-down cafe' with the same name about 100 metres up the road that google maps directs you to. The Taxi I was in didn't know where it was either so I spent a bit of time trying to find the actual hotel.
