Stayed at several locations in Europe over our 41 day trip and this was the least favorite.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to old town.

Cons:

Couldn't walk around the end of the bed without touching the wall. Less than 1 ft. clearance.

Clean room. Downside is going in and out to the property and to room.

The location, cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The set up of rooms are like a maze. You have to take an elevator up then walk stairs to go down. Walk again to find the elevator to take you up to upper floors for your allocation. I got lost few times and feel dizzy finding my way out and way in. 😆

The staff at the reception were very friendly and easy-going, we actually joked a bit around, which is nowadays rare to find. Additionally, although I booked a room without a view, they gave us a room with a view since they had one available. That was a nice surprise and shows deep care about hospitality. Everything was perfect, and I recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Note: I think their restaurant is one of the best in the old town, with reasonable prices.

Ein Hotel, bestens geeignet für eine Städtereise. Beste Lage beim Getreidemarkt.
Pros:

Beste Lage in der Innenstadt. Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Perfekt für eine Städtereise. Mein Zimmer lag im 5.Stock und ich konnte sogar die Feste Hohensalzburg vom Fenster aus sehen.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit. Ansonsten war alles bestens.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Räume machten insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck, unter Berücksichtigung, dass es ein Altstadt-Gebäude mit alter Bausubstanz ist, was v. a. an den Fenstern auffiel. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt mit sehr naher Busanbindung, ein grosses Plus. Der Kühlschrank war nützlich und sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten auswärts gefrühstückt, weil wir am Morgen eher wenig essen und die 25 EUR pro Person für das Buffet für uns zu viel waren. Die Matratze des Bettsofas war zu hart. Der Fernseher im Zimmer des Bettsofas störte beim Vorbeigehen, da der Abstand des ausgezogenen Bettsofas zur Wand sehr schmal ist. Es gibt einen zweiten Fernseher im Nebenraum. Einige Bilder würden das Zimmer aufhübschen. Die Aussenfenster lassen sich nur mit sehr viel Vorsicht öffnen, um die Räume zu lüften. Jene im Zimmer mit dem Bettsofa sind versperrt durch den Tisch und die Ablage mit dem Kühlschrank. Der eine Plastikstuhl ist mehr Design als praktisch. Das Verschieben verursacht Geräusche, die von den Zimmern über uns zu uns durchdrangen. Filzgleiter an den Stuhlbeinen könnten Abhilfe schaffen. Die Hotelinfos in der Mappe sehen aus als wären sie mehrfach ab einer Kopie kopiert worden und sie sind abgegriffen. Eine Überholung würde dem Erscheinungsbild gut tun. Trotz zweimaliger Anfrage (1x über Messenger von booking.com, 1x direkt per E-Mail an die Reception) warten wir noch heute auf das 'Mobility Ticket', das es im voraus als pdf geben soll, wenn per ÖV angereist wird.
