Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Mitten in der Altstadt, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt, gutes Bett. Wir hatten eine kleine Suite mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Sehr nett. Das Bad auch geräumig. Das Frühstück in Buffetform, gutes Angebot und auf Wunsch werden auch Spiegeleier oder Ähnliches zubereitet.

Cons:

Der Weg ins Zimmer etwas kompliziert, und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden, aber leer. Zumindest Mineralwasser könnte enthalten sein.

Ruhige Innenstadtlage, perfekt zum Sightseeing.
Pros:

Lage top. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 5. Stock. Trotz Innenstadt war es schön ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Badezimmerausstattung (mit Ausnahme des Haartrockners)

Cons:

Der Haartrockner (fix montiert) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und überhitzt leicht, wenn man längeres, dickes Haar trocknen möchte.

Excellent location.

Cons:

The onsite restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful. But I was informed by reception that this restaurant is no longer owned or run by the hotel.

Mancanza di acqua e snack in camera, il frigo c’era ma era vuoto. Può capitare come nel nostro caso di terminare l’acqua nella notte e con un bambino piccolo può essere un po’ più problematico. Inoltre, il primo giorno hanno pulito parzialmente la camera, senza aspirare per terra, ma solo rifacendo i letti e cambiando gli asciugamani. Un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere un po’ più attento anche a queste cose. Per il

La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor de este hotel. La habitación que tuvimos era amplia.

Cons:

Los colchones eran blandos, creo que debían haberse cambiado hace un par de años. El baño era pequeño.

Excellent location for Salzburg Festival opera venues and restaurants. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend and would return.

Great location, VERY clean and newly refurbished hotel BUT size of facilities - bathroom is an issue

Cons:

Strange sizing of room. The toilet in room 122 was incredibly close to radiator and almost impossible for a tall person to sit down. The shower cubicle was again rather restricted.
