When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to discover that reaching the room required climbing stairs. Only after I explained that I was with an elderly woman was a solution found and we were moved to a room with elevator access.
It was unpleasant that we had to argue about it.
The mattress in the bed was very old, sunken, we woke up at night due to discomfort. The sheet had annoying fabric balls and had to be replaced, the towels were very old, thin and worn, the soap in the shower ran out, they didn't replace it and we had to take soap in a glass from the one above the sink.
The hallways had an old smell of a place that wasn't ventilated enough.
The receptionists didn't explain to us and didn't give us the vouchers for public transportation in the city on the day of arrival, I learned about this from one of the guests and only on the second day, when I contacted the receptionist, did he give me the vouchers. When it comes to a benefit for hotel guests, I expect to receive it on the day of arrival.

L'albergo è centrale, pulito, confortevole

Cons:

per oltre 400 euro a notte non mi è piaciuto il soffitto basso (sottotetto) e il rumore continuo di un ventilatore (non il mio) tutta la notte

Sehr nettes Personal. Leider das Restaurant hat um 23 Uhr keinen warmen Tee oder Kakao anbieten können weil die Kaffee Maschinen waren schon sauber. Wasser zum Tee könnte nur aus der Leitung kommen. Außergewöhnliche Aussage des jungen Personal. Schade.Sonst Hotel ist nur bestens zu bewerten!

Tolle Lage für die man zahlt
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, auch das Frühstück war wunderbar (sehr nettes Ambiente)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein man hatte neben dem Bett kaum Platz sich umzudrehen, auch das Bad war sehr eng mit quasi keinen Abstellflächen. Es roch am Beginn feucht - muffelig. Durch das einschalten der Klimaanlage besserte sich der Geruch.
