Pros:

This is my second time in the hotel, I recommend it both for business and for tourism. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walking from the city center and 15 minutes walking from train station. It has a parking. Rooms are modern, nice and clean, some have a bathtub. The breakfast is good.
I used the hotel as a base when travelling around Kraljevo which was very convenient.

Odlicna lokacija, blizu autobuske stanice, glavnog trga i šetališta uz reku. Vrlo ljubazno osoblje, odličan doručak. Soba sa terasom vrlo komforna, kreveti vrlo udobni. Jedno vrlo prijatno iskustvo

Изключително съм доволен от престоя си в хотела. Стаята беше много чиста, просторна и отлично поддържана, а обслужването на високо ниво. Персоналът беше любезен и внимателен към всеки детайл, което направи престоя ми още по-приятен. Атмосферата е спокойна и комфортна. Интересен детайл е, че именно в тази стая е отсядал и Новак Джокович, което е страхотно. Всичко беше отлично, определено бих отседнал отново.

Bilo je zadovoljstvo boraviti u Cristalu!

Osoblje koje radi na reccepciji je vrlo profesionalno i izuzetno ljubazno. Neuobicajeno za Srbiju, uvek su nasmejane!
