Cons:

We booked this hotel, received booking confirmation, and were charged the full amount in advance. We also called ahead to notify them of our time of arrival, and they said everything was fine. But less than one hour before arriving, we got a message saying that they had overbooked the rooms and had no place for us. On top of that, they said that they had no way to give us the refund, and we would have to contact booking.com for it.
