Pros:

Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo.
Sve je uredno i cisto.
Sobe se ciste svaki dan te se također i ručnici mjenjaju svakodnevno.
Animatori kao i večernji program su super.
Sve pohvale.

Hrana….
Svaki dan ista hrana i jako losa organizacija u sali. Nisam sigurna da li je zbog manjka osoblja ili organizacije kuhinje ali svakodnevno se pogotovo za večerom događalo da nestane određene hrane i jako duge se čekalo da se donese/pripremi nova sto bi stvorilo veliku gužvu i red čekanja.

Great place and holiday had the best time
Pros:

We enjoyed every minute.All staff were so friendly and willing to help.we all loved the beach buggy and pools were great.the aqua dance and gym was so good and we made fun memories together doing that..the crepes lady and gents and reception staff and bar staff were all brilliant.cleaning ladies too did great job.Beach facilities great and they make great iced coffees..would not hesitate to return

Entertainment was great.had 2 teenage girls so maybe a bit more modern music on the mic night..but that's only a suggestion not a complaint The kareoke and night entertainment staff were great also..

Pros:

Krásná pláž, super all inclusive pro vegeratiány, pohodlné postele, velké pokoje, milý personál.

Cons:

Bazény se otevíraly ráno až když člověk odešel na pláž a uzavíraly (kvůli chemii) dřív než se z pláže vracel. Takže bohužel ranní plavání před snídaní a večerní na zchlazení se nekoná.
Okenice na balkonových dveřích nemají západku, takže když fouká, musí být zavřené a v pokoji je pak tma, nebo je potřeba je něčím zatížit (kufrem, pohovkou) aby nemlátily.

1 personel harici çok iyiydi hatta eylülde için tekrar rezervasyon yaptırmayı konuşuyorduk vazgeçtik
Pros:

Tesisin çok fazla olanağı vardı ve çokcuklar genel olarak memnun kaldılar. 1 personel dışında genel olarak yardım sever ve güleryüzlüydüler

Cons:

Daniel isimli personel çok kaba ve saygısız iletişim diline sahipti bir kez kendisiyle tartışmak zorunda kaldık. Hatta giderken bilmediğim bir dilde bağırarak gitti diğer bütün iş arkadaşlarının emeğine saygısızlık etti.

Ez a szállás nem felel meg a jelenlegi besorolásának.
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész. Különösen az étteremben. Nagyon sokan étkeznek egyszerre, de ők megállás nélkül dolgoznak, így mindig jut tiszta, szabad asztal a tömeg ellenére is. Az ételek rendben vannak, de egy idő után kissé unalmas a választék. A medencék szuperek. A parton elegendő napágy áll rendelkezésre. Az applikációban lehet rendelni transzfert, különböző programokra foglalni, ez nagyon kényelmes így.

Cons:

A szobák berendezése valóban elavult, de nekünk ezzel nem is lett volna problémánk. Második éjjel vettük észre futkározó bogarak jelenlétét a szobánkban. Természetesen ezek után nem tudtunk nyugodtan pihenni, felkapcsolt lámpa mellett próbáltunk aludni. Másnap ezt jeleztük a recepción. Megfelelően próbálták a problémát kezelni, kaptunk egy másik, magasabb felszereltségű szobát. Ez korrekt hozzáállás volt a részükről. Az új szobában szerencsére nem találkoztunk rovarokkal.

Hotel is convenient for families. Me and my husband we had to work during our stay and our children were very happy with the kid's club activities.

Cons:

There were few little issues here and there but the receptionist handled it very well and quickly which we appreciated a lot.

Pros:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je zaista predivno iskustvo. Dali smo ocjenu 10 jer smo iznimno zadovoljni cjelokupnom uslugom. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći, zbog čega smo se osjećali dobrodošlo tijekom cijelog boravka.
Posebno nas je oduševio ugodan ambijent i atmosfera koju objekt nudi. Sve je bilo na visokoj razini, a pažnja posvećena detaljima dodatno je upotpunila naš dojam.
Hrana je bila izvrsna, domaća i pripremljena s puno pažnje.
Hvala cijelom timu na prekrasnom iskustvu. Rado ćemo se ponovno vratiti i svakako preporučujemo ovaj hotel svima koji traže kvalitetan odmor i vrhunsku uslugu.

Pros:

Bella struttura, pulizia e gentilezza top, camera bellissima, lettini in spiaggia comodissimi, buon buffet e bar in spiaggia

Cons:

Doccia nella vasca con la tendina, ogni volta acqua nella stanza. Rimasti a piedi a Kardamena a causa della mancata coincidenza tra due bus, un pulmann Mitsis ci ha lasciati a piedi perchè era solo per lo staff, animaziione scarsa
