Soggiorno Boathouse
Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vista, e la vicinanza dal centro.
Arredata con cura, e una gradevole disposizione degli spazi. Lo spazio esterno è veramente piacevole

Cons:

Avrei gradito qualche stoviglia in più

Es war alles in allem eine super tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragender Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super! Direkte Lage am Meer und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Cafes.
Das Appartment wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher alle paar Tage ausgewechselt.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Tisch auf dem man essen kann! Auch ein paar Kleiderhaken wären gut.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, direkt am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor der Haustüre. Es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank und das nötigste an Geschirr. Ebenso war eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit selbstständig zu kochen. Eine kleine Herdplatte und eine Pfanne würden schon reichen. Dafür sind Restaurants und Imbisse direkt vor der Tür.

The location was great. Right on the beach. Easy to meet the host on arrival to collect the keys.

The facilities need a little tlc. It's a beautiful apartment. However, loose taps etc need a little attention.

Great location right on sea front. We would stay again.

Cons:

There were a few hard to spot mosquitos in the blue bathroom. Luckily I had a torch, turned light off, found em and killed em. The bathroom would be better if it was white like the other rooms

Pros:

Thought the apartment was excellent, very spacious, I hadn't read a message from the property explaining where I get the keys from I asked someone on the street and they went down to the bar where I was supposed to get the keys from. A staff member came immediately and let us store our luggage while the cleaner finished off the room. Couldn't fault the property at all. Lovely terrace with hot tub and a few yards to enter into the sea. Would highly recommend this property and would definetly go back again. 2 nights wasn't enough.

IL MARE IN CASA
Pros:

La struttura è assolutamente perfetta.
A partire dalla posizione , si trova proprio sul lungomare di Kardamena e ha un balcone proprio fronte mare e appena scendi hai tutto ciò che ti occorre, negozi di souvenir, bar, ristoranti..
La casa è molto particolare fatta quasi interamente in legno ed è molto molto molto luminosa , sembra avere il mare in casa attraverso le vetrate.
La casa dispone di tutto, due bagni, lavatrice, cucina
per me , il soggiorno è stato davvero il top

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tauchbecken auf der Terrasse. Sonnenschein, dass man immer irgendwo Schatten bekommt👍Nespresso Maschine .Sehr netter zuvorkommender Vermieter .

Cons:

Das Bett war nicht sehr komfortabel. Eine bessere Matratze wäre perfekt.

Best features are location and space.
Pros:

We stayed on a bottom floor unit. The access to the sea was a particular highlight. The unit was extremely spacious. Pleasant to have chairs and a drying rack outside.

Cons:

The bathroom would be significantly improved with an upgrade. Everything looked dirty however could be assumed it was just the unfinished style of the walls and floors. The bed position was awkward due to stairs and platform particularly if one needs to get up in the night. The outside plunge pool was dirty and did not appear to be maintained.

Great apartment in a stunning location
Pros:

Superb location just steps from the sea, in a lovely town with lots & lots of lovely bars & restaurants.
One of the nicest seas we’ve been in.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like, but if I had to nit pick, a toaster & microwave may have been handy as we were self catering.
Also the stone area by the terrace
area could do with weeding to look more attractive.

Pros:

It's practically on the beach. Very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, quiet and discreet.
The host helped us with everything we needed.
