Most of the staff were kind and acommodating. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the single rooms. The AC was working very well. The hotel has a beautiful design. The gym is extremely well equipped. I highly recommend this place for digital nomads. It's beautiful.

All was fine
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even organized a private car transfer to Albania for us. The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and breakfast was very pleasant.

Не понравился ресторан при отеле, отравились рыбой. Мы оставались на одну ночь и в итоге ребёнок всю ночь проблевал, мы с супругой тоже бегали с диареей. Теперь выезжаем в аэропорт и ребёнка тошнит до сих пор. Дорога к сожаления испорчена. Поэтому ресторан не рекомендую, половина блюд еще была пересолена

Extremely disappointing experience – unacceptable treatment of guests
Unfortunately, our stay ended in the worst possible way, despite having paid an extremely high price for this hotel.
First of all, we politely asked whether we could keep our room for just one to one and a half hours longer than the standard check-out time, simply because we were travelling with a small child and our flight was very late in the evening. Considering how much we had paid for our stay, we thought this was a reasonable request.
They eventually allowed us only one extra hour. We ended up leaving approximately 20 minutes later than that, and instead of showing even the slightest understanding toward a family travelling with a young child, both the reception and a member of the housekeeping staff created an extremely unpleasant situation. The attitude was so confrontational that it almost turned into an argument.
But the worst part was the restaurant.
We had eaten at the hotel restaurant on previous days and had actually enjoyed the food, so we specifically asked if we could have lunch there before leaving. We asked several times if we could order, and every time we were told to wait until 2:00 p.m. We therefore stayed there waiting, trusting what the staff had told us.
Then, at 2:00 p.m., after we had been waiting for hours, we were suddenly told that the kitchen was closed.
This is absolutely unacceptable. We spent approximately three hours sitting in the restaurant without being able to order anything, despite repeatedly asking the staff. Had somebody simply told us clearly that the kitchen would close at 2:00 p.m. and that we needed to order BEFORE that time, we would obviously have ordered earlier or gone somewhere else.
Whether this happened because of extremely poor English, a complete misunderstanding, or simply incompetent communication between staff and guests, the result is the same: we wasted hours waiting with a small child and were ultimately left without lunch.
