Bitter sweet
Pros:

la ubicación del hotel.
hicieron un upgrade en mi habitaicón.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico y limitado. Personal haciendo huevo super lento y sin experiencia. Había ratones y cucaracha caminando por el suelo del bar. Salí a cenar y cuando volví las puertas del hotel estaban cerrada, recepción cerrada y nadie me pudo ayudar, llamé al hotel y nadie estaba para abrir, tuve que saltar el portal para entrar en el hotel. Nadie me informó verbalmente sobre el horario de apertura y cierre de la entrada del hotel o me ha dado una alternativa para entrar por la noche.

A very disappointing check-in experience
Pros:

There is a manager called Mr. Ajay. He was very solution oriented.
Mr. Shakti from the restaurant was very pleasant as well.

Cons:

The check-in process was a real nightmare and took us 3 hours to resolve.

We had booked and paid for a room with a private pool and sea view, but upon arrival, we were initially given a room right next to the reception area — a significant downgrade from what we had booked.
When we refused to accept that room, we were offered another room, which was also a downgrade from what we had paid for. We rejected that as well. We were then told that the room we had actually booked was unavailable and that there was nothing they could do.

At that point, we asked for a refund so that we could leave and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, no one seemed willing to take responsibility or provide a solution.

After 3 hours, Mr. Ajay was called in from elsewhere, and he ultimately resolved the situation. He not only took responsibility for sorting out the problem, but also made things right by getting us checked into the room we had originally booked and paid for, and also offered us a complimentary massage.

We appreciated Mr. Ajay’s intervention and the way he handled the situation once he became involved. However, the fact that we had to spend 3 hours dealing with this was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary.

What was even more concerning was that had also read a review that other guests experienced a similar issues with their room allocations, which makes this seem less like an isolated incident.

If you are staying here, I strongly recommend double-checking your room allocation at check-in and making sure that the room you receive matches exactly what you booked and paid for.

Bel établissement convivial, intimiste et personnel chaleureux
Pros:

Un personnel agréable et disponible, merci à Vanesha à l'accueil, Omesh et Lucia et les autres au resto/bar
Etablissement récent, belle architecture et bien situé avec une belle vue sur mer - très convivial
le critère "adults only" est très appréciable pour le calme et la détente

Cons:

Nos chambres étaient trop proches de la route, on entendait les voitures... et même le téléphone de l'accueil sonner !
La carte des menus du soir manque un peu d'élaboration et de choix

Mycket trevlig personal!
Ajay gjorde min resa fantastiskt med många tips kring vad jag kunde göra som solo resenär.
Farhaan gjorde ett otroligt jobb med att hjälpa mig när mitt inhemska sim-kort inte fungerade.

Fina rum, bra mat (prova butter chicken, mycket god!)

Petit hôtel de 20 chambres très bien placé entre Trou aux biches et plage de mont Choisy grande chambre super sdeb belle vue

Cons:

Rien…. Peut être pas assez de buffet propose le soir. Et la plage pas aussi belle que à Trou aux biches..,

Fantastisk sted for en romantisk ferie.

No ‘Sea View Room’ - Bad Breakfast.

rooms was always clean

Cons:

really bad breakfast. (see pictures attached - that’s truly everything you get as breakfast)
We booked a ‘Sea View Room’ and it was barely partial sea view!
Rooms are quite noise at night, as everyone is passing by.
It’s quite frustrating, for a 5 star hotel. It’s more of a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was great, the private garden villa was amazing as were all the staff

Cons:

Bar was very under stocked and very pricy. Thank goodness we only had dinner the first night as we nearly fell on our back when checking out and got the bill. the only other negative is it doesn't have a swimming beach
