Lovely room, aircon...read later!
Hotel design was highend.
All reception, bar especially waiting staff & pool staff were very efficient and friendly.
Aircon in our room was broken. When on it sounded as if a waterfall was cascading into the TV. Hotel sent handyman who was not an aircon engineer.
Told the aircon was a problem and needed an engineer. Which was a problem as no engineer available. Guess what, it was never fixed!
Our room was near the reception so we could hear arrivals and luggage and breakfast clatter. Maybe a door could be placed in the the corridor between reception and these bedrooms.
Pool was very cold. I know we are in Greece. It is classed as 5 star!
Music played by the pool & bar awful.
Warning no shuttle is run by hotel to Naussa.
Order your own taxi as half the cost that hotel charges.

Hotel is a good 20min walk from Naussa on a busy unlit road.
We loved Everything, the property is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We felt welcomed and they always went over and above. We love the location. It was fabulous.

The photos on the site listing did not do the property justice. It is located on Plaka Beach, which was really nice. The pool and restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Even the welcome drink was delightful.
Not related to the hotel, but taxi fee to the airport was unnecessarily expensive, yet unavoidable.
Everything was wonderful with this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast and pool bar area were fabulous and only a few meters away from the most beautiful beach of Naxos!!!!
