Lovely staff however the facilities were not as advertised
Pros:

The staff at reception were very nice and friendly. Gave us extra blankets because the rooms were cold. Large rooms and the whole place was very clean.

Cons:

The listing advertised a jacuzzi and a gym however these were both nowhere to be seen so a bit of a let down. I did message the hotel through the booking app on two different questions but they never replied. So the customer service needs improving. Also the wifi at night did not work at all.

Pros:

Good location; nice staff! Clean with a nice pool. Free transfer to airport.

They provided blankets for us when it got cold which was very thoughtful
