This is a great, small, intimate hotel located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius.
Pros:

We loved the hotel's location and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The beach was stunning, and the rooms and facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel is unparalleled. The food was particularly good, especially the evening meals. The Mauritian buffet was the highlight, and the hotel could celebrate the great local food culture even more (this is meant as a compliment). Overall, this is a great hotel that we would definitely recommend to others, and we would happily come back again!

Cons:

If we could, we would change three things. Firstly, we would turn off the background music that played for most of the day. It was too loud and completely unnecessary. Secondly, we would encourage the hotel not to recommend 'unethical' outdoor experiences, such as swimming with sea turtles or dolphins, through external service providers. Thirdly, we would like to see more Mauritian food on the menu. While the food was excellent, everyone we talked to, including ourselves, enjoyed the Mauritian food the most.

Hotel intimiste de 17 chambres, exceptionnel!
Tout est parfait. Le personnel est adorable, tant à la réception, qu'au restaurant, que l'housekeeping. On a été accueilli avec une gentillesse juste incroyable.
Les repas sont délicieux.
La plage est superbe, sable blanc, lagon sublime.
La masseuse est au top !
Activités incluses gratuitement : paddle, kayak, Pédalo, bateau à fond de verre.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Seul regret : devoir partir...

Wunderschönes Hotel an einem sehr schönen Strand mit persönlicher Atmosphäre
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, der Strand, die Einrichtung der Suites. Gut duftende Strandtücher. Die Palmen samt Vogelwelt direkt vor der Tür! Wer eine private Atmosphäre den großen Hotelkomplexen vorzieht, ist dort richtig!

Cons:

Die Gartensuite, in der wir untergebracht waren, war neben der stark befahrenen Straße auf der einen und neben dem Personalkomex, der Küche und der Wäschekammer auf der anderen Seite. Also etwas lärmbelastet. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht besonders gut. Frische Fruchtsäfte hätten wir uns bei diesem Hotelpreis auch erwartet.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits à l’hôtel Constance Sakoa Boutik avec mon mari et notre petite fille, nous repartons émerveillés et des souvenirs pleins la tête grâce à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel !
Du voiturier, à la cuisine en passant par l’accueil, le service et l’entretien, tout était parfait, l’intégralité du personnel est aux petits soins et d’une sympathie incroyable. Les enfants sont vraiment les bienvenus dans cet établissement et cela est un très gros plus en tant que parents !
Nous avons apprécié et été touchés par les nombreuses attentions faites à notre égard et vous en remercions vivement pour ça !
L’hôtel est idéalement placé, les pieds dans l’eau, très bien entretenu avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec du rangement et décorées avec goûts.
Nous recommandons cet établissement à 2000% ! Nous avons vécu une expérience extraordinaire et hors du temps, que nous n’oublierons jamais et ça, grâce à vous, merci mille fois, merci pour Zoé !

Fabulous boutique hotel in an excellent tranquil location
Pros:

It’s individuality, location right next to the beach and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff

Cons:

If I was being really picky I would say the separate toilet area which had no sink and was in need of some updating

Overall, disappointing really food and some staff, but loved the hotel. Overpriced based on the experience we received.
Pros:

Location and scale only 14 rooms. Small boutique feel and nice garden setting on the beach.

Cons:

This was our “let’s stay somewhere exceptional” at the end of a 4 week holiday, and it was the worst hotel experience for the money.

The hotel itself is lovely and being small & boutique in a beautiful garden setting and right on the beach, was the main draw.

We stayed three nights at the end of a total 10 days in Mauritius. But two nights we were met with Cockroaches in Ensuite and bedroom inc. broken glass on the floor behind the bed.

Cocktails were often inconsistent, but generally ok. Breakfast was pretty poor, especially from the cooked selection. We ordered eggs Benedict with sauce on the side which consisted of an egg yolk sauce - no Hollandaise sauce. A better chef breakfast is definitely required.
One menu choice ‘bruschetta’ with avocado, was not bruschetta but a slice of bread. Generally food was quite bland.
The pastries were not great either. Didn’t taste homemade or fresh.

We have had some amazing breakfasts during our trip across South Africa and Mauritius, which have been much simpler, fresher and overall better quality IMO.

Another annoying aspect was the music (at breakfast worse), which was too loud, very bland, monotonous and elevator-like - it could be a lot cooler, whilst still keeping it neutral. Again, my opinion.

Staff were very attentive on arrival, but this quickly slipped into lack of acknowledgement when service was needed.
I suggest they visit the lounges on the beach to see if people need drinks, as we always had to get up and walk to the bar, order, then chase them up.
The hotel is missing a revenue stream here.

Our main issue is the cost p/night versus the experience received - they are not aligned.

All the components to make it awesome are there, but the level of care and attention to detail felt lacking.
