Great location, but a few drawbacks
Pros:

Excellent central location right on the main pedestrian street
Everything was within walking distance.
The rooms were spacious with a good, clean bathroom.
Staff service was good and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Parking was charged separately at €10, which felt like an unnecessary extra given the room rate.
The mattresses were not very comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing and could use improvement. The dining area had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Overall, not ideally suited for families.

Un sejur foarte plăcut, într-o locație excelentă, cu mâncare foarte bună și un personal amabil.
Pros:

Micul dejun și mâncarea de la restaurant au fost foarte bune, iar locația este excelentă!
Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil, plăcut și atent – oameni care contribuie cu adevărat la o experiență frumoasă. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și am apreciat mult ospitalitatea.

Cons:

Singurul aspect dezamăgitor au fost prosoapele din baie, atât cele de mâini, cât și cele de corp. Erau foarte uzate, cu materialul vizibil subțiat, marginile deteriorate și pe alocuri rupte, având aspectul unor prosoape folosite de foarte mult timp. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele, consider că acest lucru nu este în concordanță cu standardul așteptat și ar merita cu siguranță îmbunătățit.
În rest, am avut o experiență foarte plăcută și am apreciat în mod special locația și personalul!

Bellissima struttura, ma......
Pros:

Pernottato in questa bellissima struttura devo dire molto confortevole e lussuosa..con tanti conforts e attrezzature per il benessere a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione abbondante e molto curata, camere ampie e molto ben rifinite..il personale cordiale e competente!

Cons:

Devo però dire che non ho molto apprezzato (non so se sia una moda..🙄) l'"open toilet" ..ovvero il bagno fatto tutto di vetrate con il solo materiale opacizzante nella parte centrale...ma che però faceva intravedere ed "intendere" tutto ciò che uno faceva all'interno del bagno!🤦 Questa è stata l'unica nota stonata...l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta in quanto ritengo che almeno nel bagno ci voglia totale privacy!!

Отель рекомендую.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, качественный отель. Балкон выходил прямо на пешеходный променад, было приятно вечером сидеть и слушать выступления музыкантов. Ночью все было тихо. Спа маленький, много народу, мы в итоге туда не ходили. В пешей доступности есть аквапарк Рай, вот там отлично проводить время.
