Od hotela, do lokacije, usluge naročito medicinskog osoblja, hrana, čistoća, spa centar, medicinski tretmani, itd..

Nije nam se dopalo što nas NISTE OBAVESTILI NA VREME DA BAZEN U HOTELU MERKUR SE RENOVIRA I NEĆE RADITI DO KRAJA GODINE. Bili smo zaprepašćeni ovim saznanjem jer u protivnom ne bismo prihvatili ponudu, ne bismo uplatili aranžman. Mi smo najviše zbog bazena se odlučili na odlazak u ovaj hotel. Ovo je stvarno velika SRAMOTA, jer smo uzeli namenski godišnji odmor da se opustimo uz plivanje. Bili smo primorani da nastavimo boravak bez bazena i zadovoljimo se ponudama iz medicinskog paketa, koji nam nije bio preko potreban. Razmišljali smo odmah da se vratimo, ali kako bi nam vi VRATILI NOVAC?
U Razgovoru sa šefom recepcije saznali smo (a da li je istina ne znamo), da vam je javio da bazen ne radi. To znači da vi snosite odgovornost i POŠTENO BI BILO DA NAM VRATITE DEO UPLAĆENOG NOVCA. Zbog dosadašnje i buduće saradnje sa vama smatramo da će te biti profesionalni i da će te pozitivno rešiti naš zahtev.

Nice healthcare and relaxing option
Pros:

The medical offer is a good option for healthcare, the nurses and other hotel staff are nice, but the doctors could be more friendly and helpful. The apt was renovated and nice but they can fix and solve the small stuff that are obvious.
