En trevlig och bekväm vistelse med mycket trevlig personal och ett utmärkt läge, men frukosten och städningen kan förbät
Pros:

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget var också mycket bra, med närhet till allt, vilket gjorde vistelsen väldigt bekväm

Cons:

Frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre. Det hade varit trevligt med bättre kaffe och ett större utbud på bordet. De hårdkokta äggen var tyvärr iskalla och brödet hade kunnat vara färskare. Städningen var helt okej, men under en vistelse på 7 dagar hade det varit bra om rummet hade dammsugits och moppats åtminstone en gång.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het hotel was schoon, comfortabel en de medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was uitstekend. Zeker een aanrader, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Cons:

Een verbeterpunt is het ontbijt. De keuze was vrij beperkt en gedurende de vier dagen van ons verblijf was het aanbod elke ochtend hetzelfde. Iets meer variatie zou de ervaring zeker verbeteren.

Nema reda na bazenu. Tipicno Srpski ko zauzme lezaljku u 5 ujutru njegova ceo dan i ako nije tu vec spava u sobi. A lezaljka nema dovoljno za sve u vili.

We had an exceptional stay in Vrnjačka Banja (visiting for the first time) and were genuinely impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall hygiene standards were outstanding. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

A special mention goes to Bistro Luka - the food was absolutely delicious, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was simply excellent, and we left feeling truly satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back,if not later this year, then certainly next year. Highly recommended!

Комфортная современная история
Pros:

Прекрасный отель, новый, качественный, отлично расположенный, в стоимость проживания включены бассейн и спа. Во время нашего проживания гостей было мало, поэтому в бассейне было 4 человека, а в спа мы были вдвоем. Хороший качественный завтрак. Хорошая кровать и удобные подушки плюс чистый воздух, пение птиц и тишина сильно способствуют глубокому сну. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, включая халат и тапки. Отдельное спасибо девочкам на рецепции, вежливые, быстрые, отзывчивые, внимательные. В предыдыдущие разы проживали в отеле Фонтана, отель Эмилия превосходит его по всем параметрам (это мое субъективное мнение).
